A carbon nanotube (CNT)/polymer film or CNT/polymer composite structure containing CNTs, arranged uniformly in a randomly oriented distribution in the polymer matrix. The CNT sheet is manufactured by applying a highly dispersed CNT-polymer-solvent suspension, mixed using ultrasonication, over a carrier, using a coating process, and drying to form the CNT/polymer film. The CNT film is useful in making CNT composite laminates and structures having utility for electro-thermal heating, deicing, shielding for wire & cable, thermal interface pads, energy storage, heat dissipation, conductive composites, antennas, reflectors, and electromagnetic environmental effects (E3), such as lightning strike protection, EMP protection, directed energy protection, and EMI shielding in a variety of form factors such as sheets, roll stocks, and tapes.

A styrene-free and cobalt compound-free polymeric composition and its use for filling and bonding, particularly in car repairing, bonding and repairing of marble and granite, modeling, manufacture of molds and models, structural bondings of composite material, and in the nautical and wind power field, includes an unsaturated polyester resin or a urethane acrylate-based resin and combinations thereof.

A baking slurry composition for producing a green sheet of the present invention contains inorganic powder, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, acrylic polymer, and water. The acrylic polymer has a glass transition temperature higher than or equal to ?50? C. and lower than or equal to 30? C. and an acid value greater than or equal to 50 mg KOH/g and less than or equal to 200 mg KOH/g. The invention relates to a coating composition for the piston of an internal combustion engine. The composition comprises 10-30 wt. % of phenolic resin, 10-30 wt. % of epoxy resin, 10-30 wt. % of at least one solid lubricant selected from the group consisting of graphite, MoS.sub.2, WS.sub.2 and BN, and 5-30 wt. % of Fe.sub.2O.sub.3 particles.

The invention relates to a resin bonded cut-off tool. The resin bonded cut-off tool comprises rod shaped sintered bauxite abrasives, wherein an amount of the rod shaped sintered bauxite abrasives is at least 10% to 90% by weight, based on 100% by weight of a Grinding Active Matrix (GAM) of the cut-off tool. The resin bonded cut-off tool comprises further a bonding agent in an amount of 10% to 40% by weight, based on 100% by weight of the GAM of the cut-off tool and fused and/or sintered abrasives in an amount sufficient to bring the GAM of the cut-off tool to 100% by weight.

Disclosed is a moisture curable composition comprising a reactive or curable silicone; a crosslinker; an unreactive silicone; and at least of an initial strength-imparting agent and a plasticizer. Disclosed are UV-protective compositions comprising Fe-doped zinc titanate having the general formula Zn.sub.2Ti.sub.(1-x)Fe.sub.xO.sub.4, wherein x is between 0.005 and 0.1. Also disclosed is Fe-doped or undoped zinc titanate being either directly dispersed in the composition and/or dispersed in a polymer matrix. Methods of preparation and uses of such compositions are also provided.
