The R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8, R.sup.9, R.sup.10, R.sup.11, R.sup.12 and R.sup.13 are each independently selected from a group consisting of H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, and aryl. The X is selected from a group consisting of arylene, transition metal, inorganic oxide, and silsesquioxane. The values oft ranges from 1 to 10, y ranges from 1 to 200 and z ranges from 1 to 1,000. The elastomeric materials prepared from modified silicone resins display robust mechanical properties following prolonged exposure to high temperatures (e.g., 316 C. or higher).

The present disclosure also relates to an anti-microbial coated steel sheet comprising: a steel sheet; and an anti-microbial coating layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, wherein an anti-microbial agent is contained in at least a part of the anti-microbial coating layer and has a Z/(M+Ca) content ratio of 0.1 to 0.5 wherein M is Ca, Ba, Mg, Zn, Ni, Fe, or Al and Z is P, As, V, or Si.

A latex formulation comprises the metallic pigment additive as mentioned above and glove prepared therefrom, wherein the minimum thickness of glove fragment that can be detected is 0.01 mm and wherein the glove has magnetization ranging between 0.10 emu/g to 1.0 emu/g, preferably 0.57 emu/g.

A polyester composition includes, based on the total weight of the polyester composition, a first polyester and a second polyester, wherein a weight ratio of the first polyester to the second polyester is 80:20 to 20:80, preferably 60:40 to 40:60; 5 to 60 weight percent (wt %), preferably 5 to 50 wt % of a reinforcing filler; and 5 to 60 wt %, preferably 10 to 50 wt %, more preferably 20 to 50 wt % of an inorganic filler having a specific gravity of greater than 3 grams per cubic centimeter, as determined in accordance with ASTM D792, wherein a molded article comprising the polyester composition has a sound transmission loss of greater than 30 dB, preferably 35 to 50 dB, more preferably 36 to 45 dB, as determined at 1,250 Hz according to ASTM E1050 using a molded disc with a diameter of 100 mm and a thickness of 3.2 mm.
