A resin composition includes a resin component including an ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer and at least either an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer or ethylene acrylate rubber. A content of the ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer with respect to a total content of the ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer and at least either the ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer or the ethylene acrylate rubber is 35% by mass or greater and 90% by mass or less. A tensile stress at 19% strain of the resin composition is 2.0 MPa or less, and a tensile stress at break of the resin composition is 10.3 MPa or greater.

LOW-MOLD DEPOSIT HALOGEN-FREE FLAME-RETARDANT THERMOPLASTIC POLYAMIDE COMPOSITION, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed are a low-mold deposit halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic polyamide composition, and a preparation method and use thereof. The composition includes the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 82 parts of a thermoplastic polyamide resin; 13 to 25 parts of a flame retardant; 1 to 5 parts of a flame-retardant synergist; 5 to 50 parts of a reinforcement material; and 0.5 to 5 parts of an adsorbent, where the flame retardant includes a phosphinate-based flame retardant and the adsorbent is an ethylene copolymer. In the present disclosure, an ethylene copolymer is added as an adsorbent and an addition amount of the ethylene copolymer is controlled, so that the prepared composition exhibits excellent flame resistance and electrical properties, and can effectively reduce the release of small molecules during the injection molding and greatly reduce an amount of the mold deposit generated during the injection molding.

The present invention provides polymer blends that can be used in a multilayer structure and to multilayer structures comprising one or more layers formed from such blends. In one aspect, a polymer blend comprises a copolymer comprising ethylene and at least one of methyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate having an acrylate content of 5 to 40 weight percent based on the weight of the copolymer and having a melt index (I.sub.2) of 1 to 60 g/10 minutes, wherein the total amount of ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer and ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer comprises 45 to 99 weight percent of the blend based on the total weight of the blend, and a polyolefin having a density of 0.870 g/cm.sup.3 or more and having a melt index (I.sub.2) of 20 g/10 minutes or less, wherein the polyolefin comprises 1 to 55 weight percent of the blend based on the total weight of the blend.

Specifically, the aqueous dispersion is an aqueous dispersion composition of a copolymer comprising an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or an ester thereof as a constituent unit, the composition comprising ammonia, the copolymer having a heat of crystallization of -30 J/g or less, and the copolymer being present in an amount of 10 to 50 mass%.
