Polar silane linkers are provided that attach to resins to form silane-functionalized resins. The functionalized resins can be bound to hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica particles to improve the dispersibility of the silica particles in rubber mixtures. Further disclosed are synthetic routes to provide the silane-functionalized resins, as well as various uses and end products that benefit from the unexpected properties of the silane-functionalized resins. Silane-functionalized resins impart remarkable properties on various rubber compositions, such as tires, belts, hoses, brakes, and the like. Automobile tires incorporating the silane-functionalized resins are shown to possess excellent results in balancing the properties of rolling resistance, tire wear, and wet braking performance.
DOT BONDING SHOE INSOLE USING ADHESIVE RESIN MIXED WITH HYDROPHOBIC NANO- SILICA AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A present invention related to a method for manufacturing a dot bonding shoe insole using an adhesive resin containing hydrophobic nano-silica, including: melting adhesive resin made of any one selected from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) containing hydrophobic nano-silica in the range of 0.2 to 5 phr and applying to the surface of the transfer roller in which the intaglio dot pattern is formed in a mesh shape in the shape of the shoe insole;
removing the adhesive resin applied other area than the intaglio dot pattern of the surface of the transfer roller;
transferring the adhesive resin applied to the intaglio dot pattern of the surface of the transfer roller to either one of the foam or the fabric;
bonding the foam and the fabric by compressing; and
cutting a shoe insole shape in a package in which the foam and the fabric are bonded.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING HOT MELT ADHESIVE AND HOT MELT ADHESIVE
One aspect of the present invention relates to a method for producing a hot-melt adhesive, comprising: introducing a fluid into a heating kneader while or after kneading a hot-melt adhesive material in a liquid state, at an amount of 0.3 parts by mass or more with respect to 100 parts by mass of the hot-melt adhesive material; and performing vacuuming while heating stirring or dispersing the hot-melt adhesive material and the fluid so as to come into contact with each other.

SOUND CONTROL FABRICS, MATS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A fabric composite for a gypsum underlayment sound control mat includes a first layer including a spunbond polyolefin layer, a second layer including a nonwoven polyolefin layer, and a hot-melt adhesive layer between and bonding the first layer and the second layer. A gypsum underlayment sound control mat may include the fabric composite bonded to an entangled mesh layer. A flooring system may include a gypsum or gypsum-concrete underlayment over the fabric composite or the mat. The fabric composite may be free of halogenated agents.
ADHESIVE TAPE
An adhesive tape comprising a porous substrate having a basis weight of 60-150 g/m.sup.2, a thickness of 200 μm or more, and a void ratio of 35 vol % or more, a resin layer provided to at least one surface of the porous substrate, and an adhesive layer provided on the resin layer, wherein the resin layer is formed from a resin composition (I) including a tackifier resin.
FILM AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
Provided are a film and an electric device comprising the same. The film comprises at least one modified polyolefin resin layer. A resin forming the modified polyolefin resin layer comprises 1-100% of modified polyolefin resin. A main chain in the modified polyolefin resin is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer. A grafted branched chain in the modified polyolefin resin is selected from a compound formed by a vinyl monomer comprising one or more of anhydride group, hydroxyl, ester group, carbonyl, acylamino, pyridyl, epoxy, pyrrolidonyl and glycidyl. A molecular weight of the grafted branched chain is 150-8000 g/mol. The film prepared from the modified POE layer with the main chain and the grafted branched chain has excellent anti-PID performance. The layers have a better adhesive property without a laminated interface therebetween. The co-extruded film further has an excellent water vapor barrier property, a relatively high insulating property and a relatively high light transmittance.
