Disclosed is an ear-fitting device and a warming device configured to suppress burn of an ear by a warming body. The ear-fitting device according to the disclosure is wearable on an ear and includes a contact portion for contacting a predetermined site of an auricle, and a retainer portion for retaining a warming body capable of warming the predetermined site of the auricle through the contact portion. The retainer portion serves to retain the warming body via the contact portion, in a state where it is spaced from the contact portion.

Dry eye treatment apparatus and methods are described herein which generally comprise a patch or strip affixed to the skin of the upper and/or lower eyelids to deliver heat or other forms of energy, pressure, drugs, moisture, etc. (alone or in combination) to the one or more meibomian glands contained within the underlying skin. The treatment strip or strips include one or more strips configured to adhere to an underlying region of skin in proximity to one or both eyes of a subject such that the one or more strips allow for the subject to blink naturally without restriction from the one or more patches. Moreover, the one or more strips may be configured to emit energy to the underlying region of skin and where the one or more strips are shaped to follow a location of one or more meibomiam glands contained within the underlying region of skin.

A stationary massage device, system and corresponding methods are used for self-administrated or assisted soft tissue strain release (including trigger point therapy, strain-and-counterstrain therapy and neuromuscular release). The massage device comprises a body, wherein the body may include branches, each having flat surfaces, edges, ridges or corners. The surfaces, edges and ridges may be pushed along the myofilament direction of the soft tissues to produce pressing, rubbing, stretching and pulling actions on the soft tissues as stripping massages. The system can be configured to form different geometric shapes, and made of different materials of different firmness. A therapeutic travel and spa pillow that can be used during travel for therapeutic purposes. In further detail, the therapeutic travel and spa pillow can be worn when riding in a transport vehicle such as, but not limited to, a train, bus, car, or plane in order to receive therapeutic benefits. The therapeutic travel and spa pillow includes a pillow body, a left strap, and a right strap . The pillow body is a cushioned support for the head and shoulders of the user. The left strap and the right strap allow the user to secure the therapeutic travel and spa pillow underneath his or her chin. This prevents the therapeutic travel and spa pillow from falling of the shoulders of the user. The left strap and the right strap are preferably cord-like strips of material.

A heat generator comprises a heat-generating composition that generates heat upon contact with air, a storage bag that can store the heat-generating composition in a storage part inside thereof, and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the storage bag. The storage bag has, in plan view, an outer shape having a constricted part recessed inward between two convexly protruding first apex and second apex; and the storage bag is provided with a dividing part that divides the storage part and allows the storage bag to be folded between the first apex and the second apex.

A sleep mask is created comprising a sleep mask cover that can accommodate a weighted mask component and a thermal mask component. The sleep mask cover may include a fastening mechanism at the opening which may be removably engaged or disengaged to disable or enable, respectively, access to the opening for insertion of the weighted mask component and the thermal mask component. The weighted mask component may include a set of eye panels that are devoid of weight material to prevent unwanted pressure on a human user's eyes when the sleep mask is worn around the head of a human user. In an example, the device can include a base, sidewalls extending upwardly from the base, and a cervical support surface opposite the base and configured to unite the sidewalls. In certain examples, the sidewalls can include opposingly paired lateral sidewalls and first and second longitudinal sidewalls. In some examples, the cervical support surface can include a first planar portion adjacent the first longitudinal sidewall, a second planar portion adjacent the second longitudinal sidewall, and an arcuate portion intermediate the planar portions.

A hand therapy kit includes hand therapy modules and a housing having defined receptacles in which the hand therapy modules are removably disposed. A module presence sensor is disposed in each receptacle to detect the presence or absence of the corresponding hand therapy module. A therapeutic device such as an eye mask or compress for delivery of moist heat therapy to a body part such as an eye of a human or animal subject. Example devices are configured to be worn with one or more eye coverage portions positioned over the subject's eye(s). The eye coverage portions have a front side configured for placement against the treated body part, and a back side opposite the front side. The eye coverage portions include recesses or retracted sections configured to be positioned over the wearer's cornea area. The shell of the eye coverage portions may further incorporate antimicrobial properties. Heat transfer mediums or fill materials can include hydrophilic zeolite, silica gel, and/or one or more phase change materials so as to provide controlled performance characteristics.
