The system further comprises at least one drive unit adapted for being coupled to the at least one infusion needle and arranged at least for advancing the tip end of the at least one infusion needle so that the at least one infusion needle penetrates with the tip end or ends thereof said at least one first housing's outer wall in said at least one penetration area.

ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICES

Disclosed is an OLED configuration that although comprises an exciplex that has an emission spectrum that is redder than the emission spectrum of the emitter, the emission from the exciplex is suppressed so that the overall OLED emission spectrum is still dominated by the emission of the emitter.

Triazabutadienes as cleavable cross-linkers

Triazabutadiene molecules as cleavable cross-linkers adapted to cross-link components with click chemistry, e.g., clickable triazabutadienes. For example, in some embodiments, the triazabutadienes feature alkyne handles attached to the imidazole portion or the aryl portion of the triazabutadienes, wherein the alkyne handles can link to azide handles (e.g., azide handles disposed on other components) via click chemistry. Also described are methods of producing said clickable triazabutadienes and methods of use of said clickable triazabutadienes. The present invention also features methods of cleaving said clickable triazabutadienes, e.g., for liberating the diazonium species for further chemical reactions.

Chiral compound for induction of circularly polarized luminescence from achiral luminogens

The present subject matter relates to a fluorescent compound having aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics. The compound can undergo spontaneous hierarchical self-assembly from a vesicle to a helical fiber in the aggregate state. A composition capable of providing circularly polarized luminescence can include the fluorescent compound and at least one additional compound selected from the group consisting of an aggregation-caused quenching luminogen and an aggregation-induced emission luminogen.
