The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having the following structure, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound. The organic compound includes an electron donor moiety separated from an electron acceptor moiety, thus has delayed fluorescent properties. Applying the organic compound into an emissive layer makes the OLED and the organic light emitting device can allows the OLED and the organic light emitting device to improve their luminous efficiency. ##STR00001##
