Method, And System For Multi-Layer Cosmetic Pads and Use Thereof
A cosmetic pad, having a top layer constructed of non-woven material, a bottom layer constructed in a manner to allow for ventilation through the bottom layer, and at least one heating element between the top layer and the bottom layer and methods for using the cosmetic pad and cosmetic agents therein are provided. A system for applying a cosmetic agent to a subject's skin, hair, hands, feet or face is also provided.
Outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging and disposable body warmer
An outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging and a disposable body warmer are provided that are excellent in a gas barrier property that inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, which can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented. Provided is an outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging having an accommodating portion accommodating a disposable body warmer accommodated in an air-permeable inner bag and generating heat through contact with air, the outer bag comprising a low air-permeability portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.5 to 20 cc/m.sup.2.Math.day.Math.atm measured at 20 C. and 90% RH and a water vapor permeability of 0.05 to 10 g/m.sup.2.Math.day measured at 40 C. and 90% RH; and an air-impermeable portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.3 cc/m.sup.2.Math.day.Math.atm or lower measured at 20 C. and 90% RH and a water vapor permeability of 2.0 g/m.sup.2.Math.day or lower measured at 40 C. and 90% RH, wherein the outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging has at least one heat-sealed portion formed by heat-sealing one or more laminated sheets, and the low air-permeability portion is provided in at least a part of a region adjacent to the heat-sealed portion.

Hand therapy kit with presence sensors
A hand therapy kit includes hand therapy modules and a housing having defined receptacles in which the hand therapy modules are removably disposed. A module presence sensor is disposed in each receptacle to detect the presence or absence of the corresponding hand therapy module. A microprocessor disposed in the hand therapy kit sends the module presence sensor data to a remote computer that analyzes the module presence sensor data to determine whether the patient is complying with a prescribed treatment regimen. The remote computer can generate warnings, alerts, and/or notifications when noncompliance is detected.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL AGENT, AND HEAT-GENERATING COMPOSITION AND WARMING DEVICE EACH USING SAME
A means can be used instead of or with conventional temperature control to achieve warming device temperature control at a lower cost, prevent or reduce deterioration of a warming device over time, and lower generated heat temperature due to storage at high temperatures. The warming device can be used for the same. A higher level temperature control means can be used for warming devices for medical applications. An improved warming device can be used for medical applications with a high level of safety and efficacy. A temperature control agent controls a maximum temperature of a warming device with a heat generating composition that generates heat by reaction with oxygen. Said agent includes an aliphatic compound that has a particle form that will not pass through a standard sieve with a #60 mesh, a melting point of 35-65 C., and an aqueous solubility (g/100 mL) at 20 C. of 5.
