METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OIL GEL CAPSULES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTACT PART FOR VEHICLE, INCLUDING OIL GEL CAPSULES
The present disclosure relates to manufacturing oil gel capsules and adding the same to an overlay layer of a contact part for a vehicle. The present disclosure may provide a method for manufacturing oil gel capsules and a method for manufacturing a contact part for a vehicle, including the oil gel capsules. The oil gels in the oil gel capsules manufactured by the present disclosure may respond to the temperature environment of a contact part for a vehicle, and an aggregation phenomenon of gelators or an aggregation phenomenon of surfactants may not occur even after an oil is released. Therefore, as oil gel capsules are added to an overlay layer, the present disclosure may improve low friction characteristics and seizure resistance characteristics of a contact part for a vehicle without any side effects caused by the above-described aggregation phenomenon.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OIL GEL CAPSULES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTACT PART FOR VEHICLE, INCLUDING OIL GEL CAPSULES

Potassium soaps that can be thickened with chloride salts
Natural liquid potassium soap compositions and methods of manufacturing and using the same are provided with thickening by the addition of chloride salts, such as sodium chloride and potassium chloride. The natural liquid potassium soap compositions may contain one or more fatty acids with carbon length ranging from four (C4) to twenty-two (C22) or natural fatty acid mixtures with coconut oil, olive oil, tallow, sunflower oil, safflower oil, and/or tall oil fatty acids which are saponified with lye. The saponification lye is preferably potassium hydroxide. Preferred embodiments contain potassium salts of fatty acids comprising at least oleic acid (C18:1 cis-9), olive oils, coconut oils or mixtures thereof. The chloride salt is added in either solid or liquid form following saponification and neutralization.

LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a lubricating oil composition containing a base oil (A), a molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B), an ester-based ashless friction modifier (C), and a metal salicylate (D), wherein the content of a molybdenum atom derived from the molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B) is 650 ppm by mass or more on the basis of the whole amount of the lubricating oil composition; a content ratio [C/B.sub.Mo] of the ester-based ashless friction modifier (C) to a molybdenum atom derived from the molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B) is 5.0 to 10 in terms of a mass ratio; the content of a salicylate soap group derived from the metal salicylate (D) is 0.50% by mass or more on the basis of the whole amount of the lubricating oil composition; and a kinematic viscosity at 100 C. is 4.0 mm.sup.2/s or more and less than 9.3 mm.sup.2/s, and a high-temperature high-shear viscosity at 150 C. is 1.7 mPa.Math.s or more and less than 2.9 mPa.Math.s. In accordance with the present invention, a viscosity-reduced lubricating oil composition in which nonetheless a molybdenum dithiocarbamate and an ashless friction modifier are jointly used, not only friction can be reduced early after commencement of lubrication, but also such a state can be maintained, is provided.
LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a lubricating oil composition containing a base oil (A), a molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B), an ester-based ashless friction modifier (C), and a metal salicylate (D), wherein the content of a molybdenum atom derived from the molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B) is 650 ppm by mass or more on the basis of the whole amount of the lubricating oil composition; a content ratio [C/B.sub.Mo] of the ester-based ashless friction modifier (C) to a molybdenum atom derived from the molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B) is 5.0 to 10 in terms of a mass ratio; the content of a salicylate soap group derived from the metal salicylate (D) is 0.50% by mass or more on the basis of the whole amount of the lubricating oil composition; and a kinematic viscosity at 100 C. is 4.0 mm.sup.2/s or more and less than 9.3 mm.sup.2/s, and a high-temperature high-shear viscosity at 150 C. is 1.7 mPa.Math.s or more and less than 2.9 mPa.Math.s.
