Use of poly alpha-1,3-glucan ethers as viscosity modifiers
A hydrocolloid or aqueous solution comprising a poly alpha-1,3-glucan ether compound is disclosed having a viscosity of at least about 10 centipoise (cPs). The poly alpha-1,3-glucan ether compound in these compositions has a degree of substitution of about 0.05 to about 3.0. Also disclosed is a method for increasing the viscosity of a hydrocolloid or aqueous composition using a poly alpha-1,3-glucan ether compound.
HARD SURFACE CLEANERS COMPRISING CARBOXYLATED FRUCTAN
The need for a hard surface cleaning composition which provides improved surface shine while maintaining cleaning efficacy, and also improves the prevention of water-marks, especially from inclined surfaces, is met by formulating the composition with low levels of surfactant and a carboxylated fructan.

Liquid laundry detergent compositions comprising a first and second polymer. Water-soluble unit dose articles containing such compositions. Related methods.
Liquid detergent composition comprising cellulosic polymers and cellulase
Liquid laundry detergent compositions comprising a first and a second cellulosic polymer and a cellulase. Related methods.
WASHING AND CLEANING MULTI-LAYER FILMS, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF
Described herein is a washing- and cleaning-active multilayer film including at least one layer including a polymer composition obtainable by free-radical polymerization of a monomer composition including at least one ,-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid or a salt or an anhydride thereof, where the free-radical polymerization is effected in the presence of at least one polyether component. Also described herein is a process for producing the multilayer film, methods of using the multilayer film and a sheath or coating for a washing or cleaning composition portion including the multilayer film.
DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
The disclosure relates to compositions comprising a poly alpha-1,3-glucan derivative. The poly alpha-1,3-glucan derivative is a poly alpha-1,3-glucan polymer wherein the polymer is substituted with at least one polyether group and/or polyamine group. Compositions comprising the poly alpha-1,3-glucan derivative are useful as detergent compositions.
Polyetheramines based on 1,3-dialcohols
This invention relates to polyetheramines based on 1,3-dialcohols, in particular to an etheramine mixture comprising at least 90% by weight, based on the total weight of the etheramine mixture, of an amine of Formula (I) and/or (II), ##STR00001##
wherein R.sub.1-R.sub.12 are independently selected from H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, or arylalkyl, wherein at least one of R.sub.1-R.sub.6 and at least one of R.sub.7-R.sub.12 is different from H, wherein A.sub.1-A.sub.9 are independently selected from linear or branched alkylenes having 2 to 18 carbon atoms, wherein Z.sub.1-Z.sub.4 are independently selected OH, CH.sub.2CH.sub.2CH.sub.2NH.sub.2, NH.sub.2, NHR or NRR, wherein the degree of amination is <50%, wherein R and R are independently selected from alkylenes having 2-6 carbon atoms, and wherein the sum of x+y is in the range of from 2 to 200, wherein x1 and y1; and x.sub.1+y.sub.1 is in the range of from 2 to 200.
CONCENTRATED 2 IN 1 DISHMACHINE DETERGENT AND RINSE AID
Consumer and industrial 2-in-1 cleaning compositions providing both detergency and rinseability in a single cleaning composition are disclosed. Alkaline-based cleaning compositions containing a surface modification polymer and an alcohol alkoxylate nonionic surfactant, and methods of using the same provide user-friendly, solid, detergent compositions without the need for using a separate rinse aid composition.
POLYSACCHARIDE DERIVATIVES FOR DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
Disclosed herein are detergent compositions that comprise at least one (i) glucan derivative and/or (ii) oxidized polysaccharide derivative. A glucan derivative of (i) can be substituted with at least one organic group that comprises a carboxylic acid group or a sulfonate group, and the degree of substitution (DoS) of the glucan derivative with the organic group can be about 0.1 to about 3.0. An oxidized polysaccharide derivative of (ii) can be produced by contacting a polysaccharide derivative under aqueous conditions with at least one agent that is capable of oxidizing the polysaccharide derivative. The polysaccharide derivative for oxidation has a degree of substitution (DoS) up to about 3.0 with at least one organic group. Further disclosed are various applications and products employing detergent compositions.
