Liquid fabric care compositions comprising capsules
Liquid fabric care compositions that include certain fabric treatment adjuncts and/or water, where the compositions further include capsules characterized by substantially inorganic shells, for example silica-based shells. The present disclosure further relates to methods of making and using such compositions.
FUNCTIONALIZED SILOXANE POLYMERS WITH CLEAVABLE PENDANT GROUP
Functionalized siloxane polymers that include a cleavable pendant group, such as one that includes an ester bond. Compositions, for example consumer product compositions, that include such silicones. Methods of making and using such polymers and compositions.
Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate containing detergent compositions
A detergent composition and a method of washing/cleaning urushiol at least partially, more typically substantially or completely off a surface of human skin or clothing. The detergent composition is typically a non-buffered composition that contains one or more C.sub.12 surfactants, typically at least a sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the detergent composition is typically free of one or more of (1) any nonylphenol ethoxylate; (2) any pharmaceutically active drug or prodrug; (3) any salt in an amount that affects the functional characteristics of either of the solely C.sub.12 surfactants; (4) any salt in granular form; and/or (5) any ethoxylate that is a stand-alone ingredient.
Unit dose fabric softener
A unit dose fabric conditioner that contains a combination of a polyol, alkoxylated alcohol, and dispersing polymer to allow for incorporation of encapsulated fragrance slurries into unit dose fabric conditioners to disperse the encapsulated fragrance and fabric conditioner active during laundering.
Defoaming agent for liquid detergent
Provided is a defoaming agent for a liquid detergent, comprising the following components: component A1, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and an -olefin; component A2, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and a bivinyl-terminated polyorganosiloxane; component B, an organosilicon composition composed of a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, a polymer composed of an acrylate and an -olefin, silica and an organosilicon resin; component C, a thickening agent; and component D, water. An excellent compatibility between the modified polyorganosiloxanes A1 and A2 enables the defoaming agent to exhibit an excellent defoaming performance, stability and clarity in a laundry detergent.
POLYETHER-POLYSILOXANE BLOCK COPOLYMER COMPOSITION, SURFACTANT AND FOAM STABILIZER INCLUDING SAME, POLYURETHANE FOAM-FORMING COMPOSITION, COSMETIC, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A polyether-polysiloxane block copolymer composition is disclosed. The copolymer composition comprises (A) a polyether-polysiloxane block copolymer having in a molecule structural units as expressed by General Formula (1) below:
##STR00001## where a terminal group thereof is an alkenyl group or the like bonded to a polyether portion. The copolymer composition further comprises (B) a liquid monool organic compound, which is (B1) a glycol ether compound having a low degree of polymerization, a terminal hydrogen substituted with a hydrocarbon group, and a secondary alcoholic hydroxyl group provided on another terminal, or (B2) a higher alcohol compound having a branched alkyl group with 12 or more carbon atoms. The copolymer composition generally does not contain a dimethyl polysiloxane at more than the mass of component (A). A manufacturing method, foam stabilizer or the like containing the copolymer composition, and a polyurethane foam are also disclosed.
DEFOAMING FORMULATIONS CONTAINING ORGANOPOLYSILOXANES
Defoamer compositions containing a plurality of defined organopolysiloxanes exhibit very short initial foam collapse and yet exhibit long lasting defoaming activity when added to aqueous media prone to foaming.
FOAM CONTROL COMPOSITION
A foam control composition includes a component (A) and a component (B). Component (A) includes units of the formula [SiO.sub.4/2].sub.a[(R.sup.1O)SiO.sub.3/2].sub.b[(R.sup.2O)SiO.sub.3/2].sub.b[(R.sup.1O).sub.2SiO.sub.2/2].sub.c[(R.sup.1O)(R.sup.2O)SiO.sub.2/2].sub.c[(R.sup.2O).sub.2SiO.sub.2/2].sub.c[(R.sup.1O).sub.3SiO.sub.1/2].sub.d[(R.sup.1O).sub.2(R.sup.2O)SiO.sub.1/2].sub.d[(R.sup.1O)(R.sup.2O).sub.2SiO.sub.1/2].sub.d[(R.sup.2O).sub.3SiO.sub.1/2].sub.d. Component (B) comprises a filler.
ANTI-FOAM COMPOSITIONS
The present application relates to anti-foam compositions and methods of making and using such compositions as well as consumer products that comprise such compositions and the use of same. Such anti-foam compositions have low viscosities yet are effective antifoamers.
