In one embodiment, the aqueous composition includes water in an amount of 30% to 80% by weight, a surfactant system in an amount of 8% to 35% by weight, and DADMAC Acrylic Acid co-polymer. The surfactant system may include: (1) at least about 40 wt % alcohol ethoxylsulfate (AES), and (2) a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) and/or a non-ionic surfactant.
