SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO REDUCE PERCEIVED AUDIBLE WELDING NOISE
An example audio device includes: communication circuitry configured to receive a first signal representative of an audible sound associated with a welding-type waveform; audio processing circuitry configured to generate, based on the first signal, a welding noise cancellation signal to produce destructive interference to the audible sound; and a transducer configured to output the destructive interference using the welding noise cancellation signal.
Airflow assembly
An airflow assembly with a lightweight airflow mechanism; which is both portable with self-contained power; and easily mounted on various types of head gear; ranging from welding masks, hardhats, police and other first responder helmets, military helmets, baseball caps, cloth hats and other headgear; in order to complete the airflow assembly, provides the mounting of the airflow assembly on the headgear to be permanent or releasable or portable.
EYEWEAR INCLUDING A REMOTE CONTROL CAMERA
Eyewear is provided including a frame, and a camera connected with the frame, in which the camera is configured to be controlled by a remote controller. The camera may be configured to capture video and/or a photo. The eyewear may include data storage, and the camera may be connected to the data storage. A wristwatch may be configured to act both as a time piece and a controller of the camera. The eyewear may also include a heads up display and/or a video file player. The eyewear may also include an electro-active lens.
Removable shield for protective headwear
In one aspect, a protective headwear is provided and includes a headgear, an outer shell rotatably coupled to the headgear, and a first shield coupled to the outer shell and rotatable between a first position and a second position. The first shield is selectively removable from the outer shell without the use of tools. The protective headwear also includes a second shield coupled to the outer shell. The first shield covers the second shield to a greater extent in the first position than in the second position. In one aspect, a method of manufacturing a protective headwear is provided.
Welding helmet having a zipper arrangement and welding helmet assembly
The present application relates to a welding helmet comprising a helmet housing and a head cover adapted to be worn on a wearer's head and made of an air-impermeable and flexible material, wherein a zipper arrangement is provided between the helmet housing and the head cover to detachably connect the head cover to the helmet housing around the whole perimeter of an opening of the helmet housing, and wherein after the head cover is connected to the helmet housing, the zipper arrangement is located within the housing of the welding helmet. The present application also relates to an assembly having the welding helmet.
