Headband having integrated functional cushion case
The present invention relates to a headband including an adjustment band which is worn on a wearer's head and has the length adjusted; a support band which is connected to the adjustment band and is supported on the upper part of the wearer's head; and a length adjustment lever for adjusting the length of the adjustment band, wherein a cushion case of a flexible resilient material is integrally formed on the length adjustment lever.
SUPPORT PADS FOR HEADBAND
A support pad for a headband disposed on a side of a headband that is worn on a side of the head of a worker to support the back of the worker's head, the support pad including: a coupler formed on a side of the headband; a first pad unit formed at a portion, which corresponds to the right part of the back of the worker's head, to be rotatable left and right; and a second pad unit formed at a portion, which corresponds to the left part of the back of the worker's head, to be rotatable left and right.
HEADBAND FOR MASK
A headband for a mask capable of adjusting a position of a guard, connected to a side of a guard disposed at a position corresponding to the face of a worker and is worn on a side of the worker's head, the headband including: a band worn on a side of the worker's head, having a protrusion partially cut on a side and protruding outward, and having a plurality of grooves continuously formed at a side of the protrusion; a moving body coupled to a side corresponding to a side of the band where the protrusion is formed to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the band; and a rotary lever rotatably disposed at a side of the moving body and rotating such that another side is inserted into or separated out of any one of the plurality of grooves. -shaped inclined portion is formed between the grooves of the protrusion.
TWO MODE ELECTRO-OPTIC FILTER
Methods and systems for an electro-optic filter that operates in two modes-a homogeneous mode and a heterogeneous mode. The homogeneous mode maintains a relatively homogeneous shading/attenuation range across specified viewing angles in both the vertical and horizontal directions. The heterogeneous mode provides for relatively homogeneous shading/attenuation range across specified viewing angles in the horizontal direction but allows for gradual and a more varying (e.g., wider) range of shading/attenuation changes across the specified viewing angles in the vertical direction, e.g., as compared to the horizontal direction.
Power saving welding helmet
A power saving welding helmet includes a helmet shell and a lens device. The helmet shell includes a mounting hole to contain the lens device. The lens device has an inner surface and an outer surface, and includes a magnetic sensor, a filter control unit, and a filter lens. The control logic module controls the filter lens according to magnetic signals generated by the magnetic sensor. The filter lens includes a first LCD panel and a second LCD panel respectively controlled by different control signals. Therefore, a refresh time of the first LCD panel and a refresh time of the second LCD panel do not synchronize. A welder does not feel the first LCD panel or the second LCD panel flashing, and the welding experiences this as consistent darkness.
REFRACTIVE SURFACE FOR BLOCKING SHORT- AND MEDIUM- WAVELENGTH VISIBLE-SPECTRUM RADIATION THAT AFFECTS HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY
The invention relates to a refractive surface for blocking short- and medium-wavelength visible-spectrum radiation that affects human physiology. The refractive surface selectively absorbs short wavelengths between 380 nm and 500 nm, between a maximum and a minimum absorption threshold, and selectively absorbs medium wavelengths between 500 nm and 590 nm, between a maximum and a minimum absorption threshold, the selective absorption of short and medium wavelengths between 380 nm and 590 nm not completely blocking the passage of visible light in this range. Other embodiments include an LED screen, a software product and an electronic device, and ophthalmic, intraocular or sunglass lenses.
Eyewear including a detachable power supply and a display
Eyewear is provided including a frame, and a camera connected with the frame, in which the camera is configured to be controlled by a remote controller. The camera may be configured to capture video and/or a photo. The eyewear may include data storage, and the camera may be connected to the data storage. A wrist watch may be configured to act both as a time piece and a controller of the camera. The eyewear may also include a heads up display and/or a video file player. The eyewear may also include an electro-active lens.
LIGHT SHIELD OF A WELDING HELMET AND METHOD OF IMPROVING THE SAME
A method of improving a welding helmet through adding a light shield to selectively cover the light sensor of the welding helmet's window, thereby preventing sensor-based deployment of the automatic window darkening system when the wearer is performing non-welding activity in need of a fully transparent window. The light shield is moveable to an inoperative position so that the automatic window darkening system works as intended when the wearer is welding.
