The present application discloses a lockable fitting structure used for an electric air-purifying respirator of an auto-darkening welding helmet, the electric air-purifying respirator comprising a housing and a battery device, a battery holder being formed in the housing, and the battery device being able to be detachably installed in the battery holder by the lockable fitting structure, wherein the lockable fitting structure comprises at lease four pairs of sliding joint structures formed on the battery device and the battery holder respectively and a locking structure provided in the battery device, wherein the sliding joint structures of each pair can be engaged with or disengaged from each other by sliding them relative to each other, wherein the locking structure comprises a button and a tongue capable to be actuated by the button, wherein the tongue is movable along a direction substantially perpendicular to a sliding direction of the sliding joint structure, and wherein after the sliding joint structures have been moved relative to each other in place, the tongue contacts a stop side of the battery holder to lock the pairs of sliding joint structures. The present application also discloses an electric air-purifying respirator for an auto-darkening welding helmet, which is equipped with said lockable fitting structure.
LOCKABLE FITTING STRUCTURE FOR AN ELECTRIC AIR-PURIFYING RESPIRATOR OF AN AUTO-DARKENING WELDING HELMET
The present application discloses a lockable fitting structure used for an electric air-purifying respirator of an auto-darkening welding helmet, the electric air-purifying respirator comprising a housing and a battery device, a battery holder being formed in the housing, and the battery device being able to be detachably installed in the battery holder by the lockable fitting structure, wherein the lockable fitting structure comprises at lease four pairs of sliding joint structures formed on the battery device and the battery holder respectively and a locking structure provided in the battery device, wherein the sliding joint structures of each pair can be engaged with or disengaged from each other by sliding them relative to each other, wherein the locking structure comprises a button and a tongue capable to be actuated by the button, wherein the tongue is movable along a direction substantially perpendicular to a sliding direction of the sliding joint structure, and wherein after the sliding joint structures have been moved relative to each other in place, the tongue contacts a stop side of the battery holder to lock the pairs of sliding joint structures. ELECTRICAL INTERCONNECTION SYSTEM FOR HEATING EYE-SHIELD
Bus bar electrical interconnection system adapted for use with an irregularly-shaped eye-shield and adapted for inter-connection with leads from a battery to power a heating element affixed to the eye-shield, the interconnection system having bus bars, each bus bar adapted for connection with a lead from the battery, one or more of the bus bars having at least one protrusion, or alternatively a recession, providing at least one partial contact area of the bus bars, together with alternatively provided painted contact pads on the heating element, and at least one peripheral member securing interconnection of the partial contact surface area of the bus bars with the heating element, for providing customized heating of the heating element depending upon the number and extent of partial contact areas for customized heating to prevent fogging of the eye-shield.

The headgear is configured to engage a wearer's head and at least partially support the protective headwear on a wearer's head. The outer shell is coupled to the headgear at a coupling location and includes a shield positioned to the front of the headgear. HEAD SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE
Systems and methods are provided for supporting a head of a user, e.g., while the user inclines their head downward, leans forward, and the like, for extended periods of time. In an exemplary embodiment, a harness is provided that is configured to be worn on a body of a user, the harness including a shoulder harness configured to be worn over or around one or both shoulders of the user, and a head support. The head support may include a support bracket including a first end mounted to the harness, and a rest member coupled to a second end of the support bracket such that the rest member extends across a forehead of the user and/or at least partially around the user's head when the harness is worn for supporting the user's forehead.
HEAD SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE
