HELMET CONSTRUCTION
A modular helmet may be configured and operative to allow simple interchangeability of both a function and an appearance of the helmet, without the need for tools. In some embodiments, a modular helmet generally comprises a base, headgear configured and operative to secure the base to a wearer's head, and a removable protection portion configured and selectively operative to attach to the base without tools; accordingly, a function of the helmet is selectively altered in accordance with a characteristic of the protective portion attached to the base.

ERGONOMIC OCCIPITAL TRIANGULAR CUSHION PAD FOR HEAD BANDS
Provided is a cushion pad for head bands, installed at the rear part of a head band worn on a worker's head so as to support the back of the worker's head while adjusting the length of the head band. The cushion pad includes a pad unit having a concave spherical-shaped surface closely adhered to the back of the worker's head and provided with a first prop and second props to support the upper central region and both lower side regions of the back of the worker's head, and an adjustment unit formed at the rear of the center of the pad unit and provided with through holes formed at both sides thereof to receive both rear ends of the head band and a rotary lever between the through holes to pressurize and fix the head band, thus allowing a worker to more conveniently and stably wear a welding mask.

Protective headwear with airflow
In one aspect, a protective headwear is provided and includes an outer shell, a first shell duct coupled to the outer shell and including a first exhaust port, and a second shell duct coupled to the outer shell and spaced apart from the first shell duct. The second shell duct includes a second exhaust port. The protective headwear also includes a manifold positioned externally of the outer shell and configured to divert airflow into at least a first potion of airflow and a second portion of airflow. The manifold includes a first diversion member coupled to and in fluid communication with the first shell duct to provide the first portion of airflow to the first shell duct, and a second diversion member coupled to and in fluid communication with the second shell duct to provide the second portion of airflow to the second shell duct.
FACE PROTECTOR
Provided is a face protector provided with a transparent film sheet to protect a viewing window of any one working mask selected from a safety face shield or a welding helmet. One or more transparent film sheets are inserted into a gap between the surface of the upper part of the viewing window and the bent inner surface of an upper support brim and thus combined with the surface of the viewing window, thereby preventing contaminants, paints, slag or metal particles, which may contaminate the viewing window during a working process, from being attached to the viewing window, securing a worker's clear view to increase worker safety, and to greatly extending the working mask.
