Absorbent Adhesive Nipple Cover
An absorbent, self-adhesive nipple cover for absorbing fluids from a lactating woman's nipple while concealing the nipple and areola in such a way so as to flatter the appearance of the woman's breast for intimate wear or to disguise that the woman is nursing. The inner layer, facing the woman's breast, is comprised of two sections: a central section made of absorbent material, and a perimeter section made of one or more adhesive appendages that secure the nipple cover completely to the woman's breast. The outer layer, facing away from the woman's breast, is comprised of protective aesthetic material to prevent fluids from leaking through the absorbent material onto clothes or other materials that may come into contact with the nipple cover, and to promote the appearance of the woman's breasts while concealing the nipple and areola.
Cloth-Silicone Nursing Pad Assembly
A nursing pad assembly is described, combining adherence and water resistant advantages of silicone lamina with the comfort and absorption of an attached cloth layer. In particular, a nipple contact area passes through an aperture in the silicone lamina. In one embodiment the cloth layer includes at least three sub-layers engineered for toweling, wicking/absorption, and water resistant properties, respectively.
Moisture Absorbing Anti-Leak Undergarments
Undergarments that that are uniquely constructed to absorb fluids, such as those associated with sweat and lactation, in either prescribed areas of the undergarment or throughout the totality thereof.
Breastmilk absorbing system
A breast milk absorbing system includes a nursing garment being that may be worn by a nursing female. The nursing garment has a pouch. An absorbing unit is provided. The absorbing unit is removably positioned within the pouch. The absorbing may absorb breast milk from the nursing female. Thus, the nursing garment is inhibited from becoming wet with the breast milk. The absorbing unit extends across an entire width of the pouch. Thus, the absorbing unit remains aligned with the nursing female's breasts.
NURSING PAD
A disposable nursing pad has one embodiment with three layers which before use are flat, and in use become cup-shaped. The first layer is an outermost layer, the second layer is a middle layer, and the third layer is an innermost layer. The outermost layer and the innermost layer are disk-shaped. The middle layer has a central body portion and a plurality of arms extending outwardly in a generally spiral pattern. Regions of the first and third layers between the spiral arms can be folded to allow contouring of the liner to the body of a nursing mother.
MOISTURE ABSORBENT BRA
A washable moisture absorbent bra for lactating persons is provided that is simple to manufacture, may have improved absorbency and moisture barrier properties, may be more comfortable and enable more freedom of movement, and is environmentally friendly. The bra comprises: first and second cup portions defined by inner and outer layers, the inner layer positioned against the breast of the lactating person when used; and first and second inserts positioned intermediate the inner and outer layers in the first and second cup portions. The inserts comprise a moisture absorbent inner portion, and an outer moisture barrier bonded to the absorbent inner portion. The first and second inserts are provided in central parts of the first and second cup portions such that an insert-free portion is defined between an edge of the first and second inserts and an edge of the first and second cup portions.
Nursing Pad
This invention provides a novel solution for a nursing pad that is configured to provide direct access to an absorbent insert, resists slippage while worn inside a bra or a shirt, and effectively wick leaking breast fluid via an undergarment pad assembly comprising a receptacle with a pocket, at least one absorbent insert wherein the at least one absorbent insert is retained and semi-enveloped within the pocket of the receptacle, and may include at least one non-slip surface on a backside of the receptacle.
Method, system, and apparatus for protecting mammalian tissue regions
Embodiments of a system and method for protecting mammalian tissue regions, the system including a removable guard cap. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
SMART NURSING CONSUMABLE, ROLLABLE SENSOR MODULE THEREOF AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A smart nursing consumable, which includes an absorbent body and a sensor module disposed on the absorbent body. The sensor module includes a first film sheet, at least one wire, a second film sheet and a conductive pad. The first film sheet is disposed on the absorbent body. The at least one wire is disposed on the first film sheet. The second film sheet is disposed on the first film sheet and covers the at least one wire. The conductive pad is connected to the at least one wire. Both of the first film sheet and the second film sheet include a plurality of pores. A rollable sensor module and a rollable method for manufacturing the smart nursing consumable are also provided.
