Absorbent Underwear Insert
The present invention relates to an absorbent insert for underwear. The absorbent insert is removably-secured to an inner surface of a waistband of a user's underwear using integrated adhesives such as hook and loop fasteners. The insert has a fabric body, having an outer surface and an inner surface with a two-layer absorbent pad. The absorbent pad has an impervious layer and a thicker absorbent layer. The absorbent layer covers the crotch region of a user to absorb moisture, urine and sweat without staining the underwear or any clothing. The absorbent insert is machine washable and reusable, and comes in various sizes, shapes and colors to fit a user's underwear.

The main body is a generally T-shaped body, and the support and lifting member forms first and second arms of the T-shaped body. A method of changing an incontinence pad is also disclosed.

Garments comprise a plurality of adhesive bonds within a bonded region of the garment; a garment base that defines a garment lateral edge; and a moisture capture assembly bonded to the garment base within the bonded region. The moisture capture assembly comprises a moisture retention portion configured to absorb and retain moisture; and an anti-leak portion configured to restrict moisture from exiting the moisture retention portion. The bonded region extends fully around a perimeter of the moisture capture assembly, and the moisture capture assembly and the bonded region do not extend to the garment lateral edge.

The absorbent product comprises a wearer-facing surface and a garment-facing surface opposite the wearer-facing surface. A dressing for treating a tissue site with negative pressure includes a manifold having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The dressing also includes a first layer adjacent to the first surface and a second layer adjacent to the second surface. The first layer and the second layer each include a polymer film. The dressing also includes a plurality of fluid restrictions in the polymer film adjacent to at least the first surface, and a plurality of bonds between the first layer and the second layer. The plurality of bonds defines separable sections of the manifold.
