A padded undergarment, including a main body to be worn around a pelvis of a user, and an absorbent pad disposed within at least a portion of the main body to absorb a fluid discharge thereon.

The present invention relates to a reusable female underwear garment having an integrated sanitary pad holder or any other absorbent material holder. The underwear garment includes the holder positioned to cover the crotch area of a wearer such that a sanitary pad accommodated in the holder absorbs menstrual flow of the wearer. The holder is sewn and integrated to the underwear and includes tapered longitudinal elastic edges for accommodating the pad. The holder can have cuffs functioning as walls for providing security and stability to the pad. The holder keeps the pad in place and prohibits leakage and stains. The underwear garment can be a brief-style undergarment or any other style undergarment as per preferences of the manufacturers and users. The underwear garment is available in a variety of colors, styles, sizes, and designs.

Diaper assemblies, along with related articles and methods, are provided. The diaper assembly includes a diaper comprising an inner surface and a blocking member coupled to a portion of the inner surface. The blocking member has a resilient pad coextends along a portion of the inner surface and further includes an attachment layer bonded to the resilient pad and may be repositionably attached at other locations along the inner surface. Advantageously, the blocking member can provide a releasable and repositionable seal that conveniently enhances the functionality of commercially available diapers.

Diaper assemblies, along with related articles and methods, are provided. The diaper assembly includes a diaper comprising an inner surface and a blocking member coupled to a portion of the inner surface. Configurable absorbent articles with improved bodily exudate visualization when viewing a wearer-facing surface are provided. The absorbent articles include a liquid permeable topsheet forming a portion of a wearer-facing surface of the absorbent article, a liquid permeable backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned at least partially intermediate the liquid permeable topsheet and the liquid permeable backsheet. The wearer-facing surface exhibits a Delta C* of greater than about 24 and less than about 50 when the absorbent article is subjected to a Bodily Exudate Visualization Test.

Configurable absorbent articles with improved bodily exudate visualization when viewing a wearer-facing surface are provided.
