Absorption agent and absorbent article
Provided is a water-absorbing agent that causes no or little fluctuation of feed rate when fed with use of a feeder. A water-absorbing agent containing a water-absorbing resin as a main component, the water-absorbing agent satisfying the following (a) and (b): (a) K-index is 70 or more; and (b) Moisture absorption blocking ratio, after 30 minutes of standing at a temperature of 25° C. and a relative humidity of 80% RH, is 70 weight % or less, the K-index being defined by the following equation: K-index=100−(−438+3.6×angle of repose+3.5×angle of difference+7.9×compressibility rate+290×bulk density (EDANA method)).

Super comfort maxi pad
This invention relates to a disposable sanitary napkin having longitudinal curved edges and transverse ends having at least one compression line extending a long and close to the longitudinal edges, such that the pressure of the user's thighs on the product will bring about a protuberance of absorbent material towards the perineal area when worn. The product of this invention thus bring the absorbent material closer to the discharge of menstrual fluid in the absorbent middle which is the critical cause of leakage from the longitudinal edges of sanitary napkins.

Absorbent structure for absorbent articles
Absorbent structures for absorbent articles are provided. The absorbent structure includes an absorbent layer with absorbent material supported by a supporting sheet, and a channel that is free of said absorbent material. The channel has a wet integrity of at least 20%.
ABSORBENT COMPONENT
An absorbent component for a wound dressing comprises a stitch bonded nonwoven substrate wherein the nonwoven substrate is stitch bonded with an elastomeric yarn and wherein the nonwoven substrate comprises a superabsorbent material and/or a gelling material. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the absorbent component, a wound dressing or a negative pressure apparatus comprising the absorbent component and a method of treating a wound using said wound dressing or negative pressure apparatus comprising the absorbent component.
ZONED AND/OR LAYERED SUBSTRATES AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Methods and apparatuses for producing a zoned and/or layered substrate are described. A substrate can include a first layer including a first zone, a second zone, and an interface between zones. The first zone can include a plurality of fibers. The second zone can include a plurality of fibers and can be offset from the first zone in a cross-direction. The interface can include at least some of the plurality of fibers of the first zone and at least some of the plurality of fibers of the second zone to provide a purity gradient with a transition width less than 3.8 cm as defined by the Purity Gradient Test Method as described herein.
Unitary storage layer for disposable absorbent articles
A unitary storage layer for an absorbent article, being formed by at least two sub-layers in which a first outermost sub-layer forms said first surface and includes cellulose pulp fibers and cross linked cellulose fibers and includes less than 5% of SAP by weight of the sub-layer, and a second sub layer which includes cellulose pulp fibers and SAP and is immediately adjacent to said first sub-layer.
