SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TREATING FEMALE INCONTINENCE AND PELVIC NERVE DYSFUNCTION
Systems and methods for neuromodulation of a female patient suffering from a pelvic condition, such as incontinence, are disclosed. A mechanical stimulus such as pressure, tension, traction, friction, or vibration for example can be applied to one, two, or more clitoral structures sufficient to cause a physiologic stimulus or inhibition, such as neuromodulation to treat or prevent the pelvic condition.
Bandage dispenser
A bandage dispenser has a mounting strip onto which are mounted a plurality of partially overlapping bandages. Each bandage is individually wrapped, and the wrapper has a bifurcated opening, with one half of the bifurcated opening bonded to the mounting strip and the second half of the bifurcated opening folded away from the mounting strip to facilitate manual grasping. A person operatively one-handedly grasps the second half of the bifurcated opening, pulls away from the mounting strip to release the sterile bandage, and then may release the bifurcated opening and grasp the sterile bandage. Once the bandage has been applied, a person will finish tearing the bandage wrapper from the mounting strip, revealing the next bandage wrapper bifurcated opening.
ROLL PRODUCT WITH CUT LINES
The roll product includes an arrangement of actual cut lines to improve hand-tearability and strength. Between the actual cut lines are virtual cut lines. A set of actual cut lines and virtual cut lines forms a cutting induction portion. A plurality of rows of virtual cut lines are arranged in a width direction in each of the cutting induction portions and are formed in a longitudinal direction of the roll product.
Closure tape dispenser
A surgical portal apparatus includes a sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end that extends along a longitudinal axis, and a surgical tape. The sleeve includes an inner wall defining an internal longitudinal passageway dimensioned for permitting passage of a surgical object therethrough and an outer wall configured for positioning against tissue. The inner and outer walls define at least a partial annular space therebetween, the annular space being in fluid communication with an opening in the outer wall. The surgical tape includes a body portion retained within the annular space of the sleeve and a leading tab extendable through the opening in the outer wall of the sleeve. The surgical tape has a first surface and a second surface, each of the first and second surfaces having at least one of tissue reactive functional groups and self-reactive functional groups.
REUSEABLE CUTTING ARTICLES AND WOUND TAPE ARTICLES AND KITS CONTAINING THE SAME
Cutting article, for example for cutting tape, that is removable from a container, such as a box, of tape. Wound tape articles containing the same. Kits containing the same.
Casting tape package system
A casting tape package system is provided comprising an outer package defining a first interior portion enclosing a casting tape substrate including curable casting formulation and a second interior portion enclosing a curing agent. In certain embodiments, the curing agent is separated from the casting tape substrate by a barrier which is breakable to release the curing agent to activate the curable casting formulation.
Adhesive film bandage for medical compression
The present invention relates to a transparent elastic compression bandage film composite for the treatment of venous diseases and tissue lesions, comprising a transparent film layer of 5-50 microns thickness, a medical adhesive coated on at least a portion of one surface of the film layer, which is preferably hypoallergenic, a first release liner for longitudinal detachment covering the adhesive film surface and, optionally, a second release liner for longitudinal detachment to serve as a carrier, wherein the effects of elasticity and of strong adhesion add to a compression quality superior to textile European standard compression media, in the main affecting superficial varicosities and long-term wearing.
Feminine Product Dispensing Assembly
A feminine product dispensing assembly includes a housing that has a central portion structured to resemble the palm of a human hand and a plurality of finger portions each structured to resemble fingers of a human hand. The central portion has an opening extending into an interior of the central portion for storing toilet paper and toilet covers and each of the finger portions has a tampon positioned therein for storage. A plurality of lids is each hingedly coupled to a respective one of the finger portions to retain the tampon in the respective finger portion. A magnet is coupled to the housing to magnetically engage a ferromagnetic support surface. A hook is coupled to and extends downwardly from the central portion for having an object suspended thereon for storage.
Aromatherapeutic Honey Bandage
The present invention relates to an improved aromatherapeutic, moist, sterile, medium to large wound bandage that is at least equivocal to a manuka honey bandage in antimicrobial effectiveness with improved wound healing and effect on mood.
Bandage composition dispenser
Provided is a bandage composition dispenser and/or applicator that includes a nozzle and a cap. In some embodiments, the dispenser and/or applicator is used to dispense a bandage or dressing composition that forms a durable film bandage or skin protectant.
