The compound and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, solvates or prodrugs thereof provided in the present application or the pharmaceutical composition provided in the second aspect of the present invention, by targeting the TEAD palmitoyl pocket, effectively inhibits/blocks YAP-TEAD binding, inhibits/blocks the transcription function of YAP-TEAD, thereby preventing and/or treating diseases related to increased TEAD transcription levels and/or YAP phosphorylation disorders and/or Hippo signaling pathway disorders.
