A bone implant for enclosing bone material is provided. The bone implant comprises a nonwoven mesh having an inner surface and an outer surface opposing the inner surface and configured to receive a bone material when the inner surface of the mesh is in an open configuration. A plurality of projections are disposed on or in at least a portion of the inner surface of the mesh, the outer surface of the mesh or both the inner and outer surfaces of the mesh, the plurality of projections extending from at least the portion of the inner surface, the outer surface of the mesh or both the inner and outer surfaces of the mesh and are configured to engage a section of the inner surface of the mesh or a section of the outer surface of the mesh or both in a closed configuration so as to enclose the bone material.

A modular therapeutic eye mask is an apparatus that is used to help the user to sleep naturally and comfortably while receiving various therapeutic benefits. To do so, the apparatus includes a mask body, a support band, and a plurality of therapeutic inserts. The mask body is designed to be comfortably worn around the user's eyes to completely block any light from the surroundings. A method for placing a transcatheter stent-valve having replacement leaflets that are attached along their free edges. The stent-valve frame has supports that extend distally of the replacement leaflets to fastening sites. The replacement leaflets are attached along a leaflet base forming a linear attachment to the stent-valve frame. The free edges of the leaflets have cords attached; the cords attach the leaflets to the supports. The stent-valve can be a single component stent-valve or it can be a second component that attaches to a first component or dock.
