Resin composition for adhesive, adhesive, and adhesion structure
The present invention provides a resin composition for an adhesive, being useful as a component of an adhesive having a favorable adhesion property to glass and giving favorable appearance after adhesion. The resin composition for an adhesive contains a polyhydroxyurethane resin. This polyhydroxyurethane resin contains a structural unit formed by polymerizing a compound (A) having at least two five-membered cyclic carbonate structures and a compound (B) having at least two primary amino groups, the polyurethane resin contains a urethane bond, a hydroxy group, and a secondary amino group in the structural unit. Further, this polyhydroxyurethane resin has an amine number of 1 to 50 mgKOH/g and has a hydroxyl number of 10 to 230 mgKOH/g.
Thermoplastic polyurethane
The present invention relates to thermoplastic polyurethanes obtainable or obtained by reacting at least a polyisocyanate composition comprising at least one polyisocyanate, at least one chain extender, and at least one polyol composition, wherein the polyol composition comprises at least one polyester polyol (P1) which is obtainable by reacting an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 2 to 12 carbon atoms and a mixture (M1) comprising propane-1,3-diol and a further diol (D1) having 2 to 12 carbon atoms, preferably butane-1,4-diol. The present invention also relates to a preparation process for such thermoplastic polyurethanes and also to the use of a thermoplastic polyurethane according to the invention or of a thermoplastic polyurethane obtainable or obtained by a process according to the invention for the production of extrusion products, films and shaped bodies or for the production of polymer compositions.
USE OF DISPERSION ADHESIVES FOR FOAM BONDING
The invention relates to the use of an aqueous dispersion containing at least one polyurethane-polyurea polymer formed from (a) at least one difunctional polyester polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 400 to 5000 g/mol, (b) at least one difunctional polyol component having a number-average molecular weight of 762 to 399 g/mol, c) at least one diisocyanate and (d) at least one chain extender optionally having at least one ionic group, for the bonding of at least two substrates by application of the aqueous dispersion to at least one of the substrates to be bonded, subsequent drying of the dispersion present on the at least one substrate in order to obtain at least one adhesive layer, and contacting of the at least one adhesive layer with a further substrate or with an adhesive layer present on a further substrate at a pressure of from 0.1 to 5 bar(a) and a temperature of less than 40° C., wherein the polyurethane-polyurea polymer after the drying has a glass transition temperature Tg of from −65 to 10° C. and a melting point of from 40 to 80° C., to a corresponding process for joining at least two substrates, and to an adhesive composite obtained in this way and comprising at least two substrates and an adhesive layer present between every two substrates.

The present invention relates to an NCO-terminated polysiloxane prepolymer of the general formula (I) [(Q).sub.q]-(M).sub.m-(P).sub.p—(R).sub.r].sub.t, in which R, P, M, Q, r, p, m, q and t are defined as follows: R in each case independently is at least one polyisocyanate unit and/or at least one diisocyanate unit, P in each case independently is at least one polyol unit, M in each case independently is at least one diisocyanate unit and/or at least one polyisocyanate unit, Q is at least one polysiloxane unit, r in each case independently is a number from 1 to 10, p in each case independently is a number from 1 to 10, m in each case independently is a number from 1 to 10, q in each case independently is a number from 1 to 10, t is an integer from 2 to 5, and the M units present are attached directly to the unit Q; to a process for producing said prepolymer, and to use as curing agent in a coating formulation.

MOISTURE-CURABLE POLYURETHANE HOTMELT ADHESIVE HAVING HIGH INITIAL STRENGTH
Described herein is a moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive including at least 80% by weight, based on a total weight of the moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive, of isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtainable by mixing diisocyanate (a) with compounds having at least two isocyanate-reactive groups (b) and reacting the mixture to form the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, where the compounds having at least two isocyanate-reactive groups (b) include at least one polylactide (b1) obtainable by reacting lactide with a linear difunctional starter molecule having 2 to 20 carbon atoms and the isocyanate content of the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer is 1 to 5% by weight. Also described herein is a process for producing such a moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive and a method of using the moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive in bonding of substrates.

Reactive hot melt adhesive composition and use thereof
The present invention relates to a reactive hot melt adhesive composition, a polyurethane prepolymer composition, and cured reaction product thereof having a high mechanical strength and an excellent bonding strength as well as a better reworkability. In particular, the present invention relates to a reactive hot melt adhesive composition comprising: 10% to 24% by weight of a polyisocyanate, 40% to 73% by weight of a first polyol having a number average molecular weight larger than 1,500 g/mol, 1% to 25% by weight of a (meth)acrylate polymer having a number average molecular weight of 20,000 to 80,000 g/mol, and 1% to 15% by weight of a diluent, in which the weight percentages are based on the total weight of all components of the composition.
Stretchable film and method for forming the same
A stretchable film is made of, at least as a top surface of the stretchable film, a cured product of a stretchable film material containing a silicone polyurethane resin. The top surface of the stretchable film has a repeated uneven pattern formed with depths of 0.1 μm to 2 mm and pitches of 0.1 μm to 5 mm. Thus, the present invention provides a stretchable film having excellent stretchability, with the film top surface being excellent in water repellency and free from sticking; and a method for forming the stretchable film.
