Disclosed is a moisture reactive hot melt adhesive composition prepared from a combination comprising a polyisocyanate; a polyol; a MA-SCA acid; one or both of an inorganic filler or an organosilane; optionally a thermoplastic polymer; and optionally one or more additives. Useful polyols include poly(hexanediol adipate), a polyester diol having a structure of Formula 1 or of Formula 2 and combinations thereof. Formula 1 is:

A laminated polyester film comprising: a polyester film; and a coating layer on at least one surface of the polyester film, the coating layer comprising a composition containing a polyurethane resin having a carboxyl group and having an acid value of 30 to 50 mgKOH/g and a crosslinking agent having a carboxyl group and having an acid value of 30 to 50 mgKOH/g.

The present invention relates to a process for producing a solid, internally and externally blocked polyurethane curing agent based on a (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate, in which, in the sequence of steps a) to d), a) i) at least one internally blocked (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate and ii) at least one lactam and/or at least one aliphatic alcohol are dissolved in a solvent to produce a reaction mixture, b) the reaction mixture is heated and reacted, c) the reacted reaction mixture is cooled until product precipitates, and d) liquid solvent and any unreacted dissolved reactants and precipitated product are mechanically separated from one another.

A polyurethane composition is provided. The polyurethane composition comprises (A) a polyurethane-prepolymer prepared by reacting at least one polyisocyanate compound with a first polyol component; and (B) a second polyol component; wherein at least one of the first polyol component and the second polyol component comprises an ester/ether random copolymer polyol synthesized by reacting a starting material polyether polyol with at least one monomeric polyhydric alcohol and at least one monomeric multifunctional carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof. The polyurethane foam prepared by using the polyurethane composition can achieve inhibited internal heat buildup, high thermal stability, superior tear strength, enhanced abrasion resistance and good hydrolysis resistance. A polyurethane product prepared with said foam, a method for preparing the polyurethane foam and a method for improving the performance property of the polyurethane foam are also provided.

The redox curable composition is solid at room temperature, may be heated for application to a substrate, and cools to form a dry-to-touch adhesive layer on said substrate, which may be activated when required by mating with another substrate and exposure to an anaerobic environment. The composition is particularly suited to manufacturing complex products, such as mobile phones, computers and circuits.
