TWO-COMPONENT CURABLE SOLVENTLESS-TYPE LAMINATE ADHESIVE AND RESIN CURED PRODUCT
A two-component curable solventless-type laminate adhesive contains a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyisocyanate component contains a derivative of a pentamethylene diisocyanate, the derivative of the pentamethylene diisocyanate contains an isocyanurate group and an allophanate group, and the content ratio of the isocyanurate group with respect to 100 moles of the total amount of the isocyanurate group and the allophanate group is 60 moles or more and 99 moles or less.
POLYURETHANE COATING COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to non-aqueous coating agent compositions, containing at least one polyol (A), at least one silane-modified compound (B) of formula (I), optionally one or more silane-free aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanates (C) having free or blocked isocyanate groups, and at least one catalyst (D) for the cross-linking of the silane groups. Furthermore, the non-aqueous coating agent compositions according to the invention can contain one or more surface additives (E) and one or more non-aqueous solvents (F).
One-component laminating adhesive having silane cross-linking
The invention relates to a crosslinkable one-component laminating adhesive containing 25 to 80 wt. % of polyester prepolymers, polyether prepolymers and/or polyurethane prepolymers, which have at least two cross-linkable alkoxysilane groups and have a molecular weight of 2000 to 30,000 g/mol, 75 to 19 wt. % of organic solvent having a boiling point up to 130 C., 1 to 20 wt. % of polymers which contain anhydride groups, and 0 to 15 wt. % of additives, wherein the viscosity of the adhesive is between 50 and 20,000 mPas (according to DIN ISO 2555), measured at 15 to 45 C.
Thermoplastic polyurethane and process for making a thermoplastic polyurethane and components thereof
A heat resistant thermoplastic polyurethane composition is made by a reaction including a polyol component comprising the reaction of -caprolactone initiated with a polydimethylsiloxane and a polyether polyol.
