The present invention provides an ionizing radiation curable paint composition which is capable of forming a cured film that has excellent elongation (for example, 30% or more) under heating and has excellent solvent resistance and chemical resistance and which can contain an alcohol as a diluent solvent. The ionizing radiation curable paint composition contains a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A1) having 6 or more (meth)acryloyl groups and having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000, wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A1) is a silicone-modified oligomer having a constituent unit (a) derived from a multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer having a hydroxy group and 3 or more (meth)acryloyl groups, a constituent unit (b) derived from an alcohol having 2 or more hydroxy groups and having a molecular weight of 100 or lower, a constituent unit (c) derived from isophorone diisocyanate, and a constituent unit (d) derived from a carbinol-modified polysiloxane.

The present invention provides a hard coating film comprising: a substrate; a first hard coating layer formed on one surface of the substrate; and a second hard coating layer formed on the other surface of the substrate, wherein the first hard coating layer includes a cross-linked polymer of an oligomer having an elongation of 50 to 350%, the second hard coating layer includes a cross-linked polymer of an oligomer having an elongation of 0.1 to 50%, and the crosslinking density of the first hard coating layer is smaller than the crosslinking density of the second hard coating layer, and a flexible display having the hard coating film. The hard coating film according to the present invention has excellent impact resistance and curling properties and also has excellent bending resistance.

The presently disclosed and/or claimed inventive concept(s) relates generally to oligomeric reaction products formed by the depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate polymers and methods thereof. More specifically, the presently disclosed and/or claimed inventive concept(s) relates to oligomeric reaction products formed by the depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate polymer obtained from, for example but not by way of limitation, waste products, such as beverage containers made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET). In an embodiment, a radiation curable composition includes a reactive oligomer component, wherein a portion of the polymerizable groups of the reactive oligomer component include methacrylate groups; a reactive diluent monomer component, wherein a portion of the polymerizable groups of the reactive diluent monomer component include acrylate groups, acrylamide groups, or N-vinyl amide groups, or combinations thereof; a photoinitiator component, and an optional additive component. Also described are methods of coating the radiation curable compositions elsewhere described, and the fiber optic coatings and cables resulting therefrom.
