Base film
The present application relates to a method for preparing a base film, a laminate or a polarizing film. The present application can provide an elongatable base film which simultaneously maintains elongation and recovery rates at proper levels and guarantees water resistance, and thus can be effectively applied in the preparation of, for example, a polarizing film. The present application can also provide a laminate using the film or a method for preparing a polarizing film using the base film. The base film can be effectively applied in the preparation of a polarizing film having an excellent function, such as polarization performance, while having a thickness of, for example, about 10 m or less, about 8 m or less, about 7 m or less, about 6 m or less, or about 5 m or less.
FLEXIBLE FOAM WITH HALOGEN-FREE FLAME RETARDANT
The invention relates to flame-retardant flexible polyurethane foams with phosphazene and to methods for producing PUR flexible foams by reacting a component A containing: A1, an isocyanate-reactive component, A2, a propellant containing water, A3, optionally auxiliary agents and additives, and A4, a flame retardant, with B, an isocyanate component. The invention is characterized in that the flame retardant A4 contains a phosphazene according to the formula (I): [P.sub.mN.sub.mX.sub.k] (I), where X independently of one another represents O-aryl or NR-aryl, at least one aryl group is substituted, X can represent a bridge, R is selected from the group of H, C1-C4 alkyl, and aryl, and m represents a number from 1 to 5, particularly preferably 3 or 4, k depends on m and represents a number from 0 to 2m, and the phosphazene does not have any groups which are reactive towards isocyanates.

A urethane (meth)acrylate resin wherein the viscosity of the resin is low, the formability into a sheet-formed product, in particular, an optical sheet provided with fine uneven shapes on the surface is excellent, and a high refractive index can be realized, a curable resin composition including the urethane (meth)acrylate resin as an indispensable component, a cured product thereof, and a plastic lens are provided. A urethane (meth)acrylate resin produced by reacting aromatic diisocyanate compound (a), bisphenol-ethylene oxide adduct diol (b) having at least three aromatic ring or alicyclic structures in the molecule, and hydroxy-containing (meth)acrylate compound (c), which are indispensable raw material components, a curable resin composition containing the urethane (meth)acrylate resin as a primary component, and a cured product thereof.
Seat pad
The present invention is a seat pad (10) that includes a main component (1) having a seating surface and side components (2) disposed on both sides of the main component. The main component includes a main first pressure receiving portion (1a) and a main second pressure receiving portion (1b). The main first pressure receiving portion has a higher foam density than the side components disposed on both sides. The main component and each of the side components are a flexible polyurethane foam obtained by foam molding a foaming stock solution containing a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a blowing agent, and a catalyst. The main first pressure receiving portion contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Each of the side components contain tolylene diisocyanate (TDI).
Photosensitive resin composition and dry film photoresist containing the same
The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition, comprising: (a) photo-polymerizable unsaturated compound, (b) hydroxyurethane compound, and (c) photoinitiator. The photosensitive resin composition can be used as photoresist coating for dry film photoresist to manufacture the electronic components, such as print circuit board and so on. Further, the (b) hydroxyurethane compound having [CC]/[NH.sub.2] between 0.5 and 0.9, which increases the resolution, adhesion, and stripping ability of photosensitive resin composition for dry film photoresist, and improves the effectiveness and the quality of dry film photoresist for manufacturing printed circuit board and other electric component.

Vibration damping and sound absorbing foam formed of foam and fine particles present inside the foam so as to form bell-like structures in the foam is produced by performing the following steps [I] to [III] in the stated order. [I] Producing fine particles each having a surface coated with a coating material capable of being dissolved in at least one liquid selected from water and a solvent. [II] Mixing the coated fine particles into a material for foam, and producing foam from the mixture. [III] Immersing the foam in at least one liquid selected from water and a solvent to remove the coating of each of the fine particles in the foam by dissolution in the liquid.
Quick-drying solvent-free sag-resistant polyurethane waterproof coating and preparation method therefor
A quick-drying solvent-free sag-resistant polyurethane waterproof coating and preparation method therefor, raw materials therefor comprising a polyurethane prepolymer, a plasticizer, a dispersant, a filler, a dehydrant, a catalyst, a defoamant, and an oxazolidine reactive diluent. The catalyst is composed of pentamethyl dipropylene triamine, tetramethylethylenediamine, and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undecene. Raw materials of the polyurethane prepolymer comprise a polyether diol, a polyether triol, an isocyanate, and a chain extender. The prepolymer is prepared by means of the following method: 1) measuring out the raw materials for the polyurethane prepolymer, and reacting the polyether diol with the isocyanate until reaction is complete; 2) then adding the polyether triol for reaction until reaction is complete; 3) then adding the chain extender for reaction, completing preparation. The waterproof coating preparation method is: i) preparing the polyurethane prepolymer; ii) mixing the prepared polyurethane prepolymer with the rest of the raw materials for the waterproof coating to obtain the final product. The present waterproof coating features such advantages as exceptional film-forming speed and sag resistance, and low viscosity.

SPONGE FOR OIL-WATER SEPARATION AND COMPOSITION FOR MAKING THE SAME
A sponge for oil-water separation, which is prepared by reacting a polyol blend with a polyisocyanate and graphene, in the presence of a catalyst, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer. The polyol blend includes: a first polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 33 to 60 mg KOH/g and an oxyethylene content of 50 to 80 mol %; a second polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 80 to 300 mg KOH/g and having an oxyethylene content of 50 to 80 mol %; a graft polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 20 to 40 mg KOH/g; a tetrafunctional polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 350 to 650 mg KOH/g; and glycerol.
POLYURETHANE FOAMS COMPRISING A MIXTURE OBTAINED IN THE PRODUCTION OF TOLYLENE DIISOCYANATE (TDI) AS BOTTOMS RESIDUE
The present invention relates to a process for producing polyurethane foams, preferably moulded flexible polyurethane foams, by reacting an isocyanate component which is a mixture obtained in the production of tolylene diisocyanate as a bottoms residue, and at least one further isocyanate component with a component reactive toward isocyanates. The invention further relates to polyurethane foams produced by the process according to the invention and to the use thereof.
