An elastomer material includes at least two components; the first component includes isocyanate prepolymer obtained through reaction of polyol and isocyanate, and its —NCO content is 22-30%; the second component includes 50-70 parts of polyether amine, 2-10 parts of liquid amine chain extender, 5-15 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, and 1-15 parts of hybrid hard segment material; the hybrid hard segment material includes one or more of nano titanium dioxide, nano aluminum oxide and nano silica. Through adjusting the —NCO content of the isocyanate prepolymer, increasing the hard segment content, and combining with the components in the second component, the invention ensures the elasticity of the polymer while improving its mechanical properties, and also improves the electrical insulation and wear resistance of the material.
SOLVENT-BASED PRETREATMENT AGENT HAVING IMPROVED ADHESION TO RESIDUAL ADHESIVE BEADS
A pretreatment composition for adhesive bonds, including i) between 10 and 30 parts by weight of at least one polyurethane polymer PU containing isocyanate groups, obtained from the reaction of at least one poly(meth)acrylate polyol P and at least one polyisocyanate Il, with the proviso that the poly(meth)acrylate polyol P has an OH number of at least 35 and the polyurethane polymer PU has an NCO content of between 2.0% and 25.0% by weight, based on the polyurethane polymer PU; ii) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one organosilane OS; iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of at least one further polyisocyanate I2; iv) 60 to 90 parts by weight of a solvent L; v) 0 to 15 parts by weight of an industrial carbon black; vi) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a fumed hydrophobic silica.
Two-component solventless adhesive compositions and methods of making same
The present disclosure provides a two-component solventless adhesive composition comprising a polyol component and an isocyanate component. The polyol component comprises a phosphate functional compound, and at least one polyol selected from polyester, polyether, and the combination thereof; and the isocyanate component comprises isocyanate prepolymer that is the reaction product of at least one isocyanate monomer and at least one polyol selected from polyester, polyether, and the combination thereof.

Provided is a prepeg resin composition, containing: a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) that is a reaction product of polyisocyanate (a1), polyol (a2), and hydroxy alkyl (meth)acrylate (a3); and a polymerization initiator (B), as an essential component, in which the polyisocyanate (a1) is at least one polyisocyanate selected from 2,4′-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, 4,4′-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, a carbodiimide modified product of 4,4′-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, and the polyol (a2) has an aromatic-ring and an oxyalkylene structure. The prepreg resin composition of the invention is excellent in workability and molding properties, and is capable of forming a molded article excellent in various physical properties such as external appearance and heat resistance, and thus, can be preferably used in a prepreg and a molded article thereof.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane composition with antimicrobial properties, a polyurethane foam or coating comprising said polyurethane composition, an article prepared from said composition, foam or coating, a process for the preparation of said composition, the use of a complexing agent and an antimicrobial agent for the preparation of said composition or for imparting antimicrobial properties to a polyurethane composition, and a kit of components for preparing said composition. A cooperative effect is observed when specific complexing agents are combined with specific organic antimicrobially active components within the polyurethane composition.

The present invention provides an adhesive composition including at least a first pack and a second pack, wherein the first pack contains a tannic acid derivative in which a hydrogen atom in at least some hydroxyl group of tannic acid is substituted by a chain hydrocarbon group having at least one hydroxyl group, and the second pack contains a hydrocarbon having at least two cyanate groups or a derivative of the hydrocarbon.

The diisocyanate has an aromatic ring in a molecule. When a molecule of the polyurethane is ionized with a mass spectrometer of a direct sample injection system, then obtained M1, M2 and M3 satisfy the is 0.013 to 0.300, and a concentration of the polyfunctional alcohol in the polyurethane is 0.12 mmol/g to 0.65 mmol/g.
