The blocked isocyanate is a blocked isocyanate containing a latent isocyanate group, which is an isocyanate group blocked with a blocking agent, wherein the blocked isocyanate includes a first latent isocyanate group that is an isocyanate group blocked with a first blocking agent and a second latent isocyanate group that is an isocyanate group blocked with a second blocking agent; and the first blocking agent is represented by general formula (1) below, and has a higher catalysis activity that activates the isocyanate group than that of the second blocking agent. ##STR00001##

REACTIVE POLYURETHANE DISPERSIONS
The present disclosure is drawn to a reactive polyurethane dispersion including a polymer strand having a polymer backbone that has two ends terminating at a first capping unit and a second capping unit. The polymer backbone can include polymerized monomers including a reactive diol and a diisocyanate. The reactive diol can be an acrylate-containing diol, a methacrylate-containing diol, a styrene-containing diol, or combination thereof. The first capping unit can be a styrene-containing monoalcohol reacted with an isocyanate group of the diisocyanate. The second capping unit can be an ionic stabilizing group.

The present invention provides a blocked polyisocyanate composition comprising a blocked polyisocyanate formed through blocking at least a part of isocyanate groups possessed by a polyisocyanate derived from one or two or more diisocyanates selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate with an active methylene-based compound comprising a malonic acid diester, wherein a specific molar ratio calculated from contents (mol %) of isocyanurate groups, iminooxadiazinedione groups, uretdione groups, and allophanate groups is 0.05 or more and 0.60 or less.
Block polyisocyanate compound
It is an object of the invention to provide a block polyisocyanate compound with excellent storage stability. The block polyisocyanate compound of the invention has the following construction. A block polyisocyanate compound having at least one block isocyanate group selected from the group consisting of a block isocyanate group represented by formula (I), block isocyanate group represented by formula (II) and block isocyanate group represented by formula (III), and a hydrophilic group.

Disclosed herein is a method of dispersing a self-emulsifying crosslinker including at least two steps: i) preparing an aqueous acid dispersion (I) of a self-emulsifying crosslinker, and the microstructure of liquid phase of the aqueous acid dispersion (I) is water-in-oil; and ii) adding water into the aqueous acid dispersion (I) to obtain an aqueous acid dispersion (II), and the microstructure of liquid phase of the aqueous acid dispersion (II) is oil-in-water. Additionally disclosed here is a self-emulsifying crosslinker dispersion prepared by the method and the self-emulsifying crosslinker dispersion has a Z-average particle size in a range of from 50 to 200 nm.
