Visually contrasting aesthetic particles having increased water solubility, particularly useful for combination with powdered or granular compositions
The present invention is directed to visually contrasting aesthetic particles having increased water solubility, particularly useful for combination with granular laundry detergent composition.
Degreasing mixture comprising a phyllosilicate/tectosilicate mixture
The invention relates to a degreasing mixture for removing grease, oils, or similar hydrophobic components from a surface of a substrate. The degreasing mixture contains a solvent-free silicate mixture as the main component. The silicate mixture contains granules of phyllosilicate and granules of tectosilicate. Up to 90% by mass of the granules contained in the silicate mixture has a particle size of less than 60 m, and the maximum particle size of the granules of phyllosilicate is smaller than the maximum particle size of the granules of tectosilicate.
Laundry Detergent Composition Comprising A Particle Having Hueing Agent and Clay
The present invention relates to a laundry detergent composition comprising a particle comprising hueing agent and clay. The particle can be incorporated into laundry detergent products, such as a laundry detergent powder. The particle exhibits an excellent storage stability profile with very little bleeding of the hueing dye from the particle, exhibits excellent fabric deposition of the hueing dye during a laundering process without causing any spot staining of the fabric, and does not impact the visual appearance of a laundry detergent powder when incorporated therein.
Laundry detergent composition comprising a particle having hueing agent and clay
A laundry detergent composition having a particle, wherein the particle has: (a) hueing agent, wherein the hueing agent has the following structure: ##STR00001## wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently selected from the group consisting of: H; alkyl; alkoxy; alkyleneoxy; alkyl capped alkyleneoxy; urea; and amido; R.sub.3 is a substituted aryl group; X is a substituted group comprising sulfonamide moiety and optionally an alkyl and/or aryl moiety, and wherein the substituent group comprises at least one alkyleneoxy chain that comprises an average molar distribution of at least four alkyleneoxy moieties; (b) clay; and (c) another detergent ingredient.
TWO-IN-ONE SOLID DETERGENT COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A two-in-one solid detergent composition includes the following raw material components based on 100% weight: 10% to 30% of (a) a forming agent, 10% to 50% of (b) a surfactant, 5% to 20% of (c) a softener, 10% to 30% of (d) a forming aid, and optionally 0.1% to 1% of (e) a softening conditioner, 0.1% to 1% of (f) a forming stabilizer, 1% to 10% of (g) a water softener, 1% to 10% of (h) a stain solubilizer or 0.1% to 5% of (i) a flavoring agent, and balance of deionized water.
Powdered cleaning composition having improved dissolution
A powdered cleaning composition includes at least one acid chosen from citric acid, glycolic acid, and combinations thereof and present in an amount of from about 1 to about 30 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, at least one anionic surfactant present in an amount of from about 5 to about 50 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, and at least two fillers chosen from a salt, a sugar, and a clay and present in a total amount of from about 10 to about 80 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, wherein the composition comprises water in an amount of less than about 15 wt % based on a total weight of the composition, and wherein the composition has a dissolution percentage of at least about 12% after about 5 minutes in water at about 25 C.
Detergent tablet
Disclosed in the present application is a detergent tablet, including the following components by weight: 8-34 parts of water-soluble polymer; 14-50 parts of surfactant; 0.1-50 parts of enzyme preparation; 0.1-50 parts of softener preparation; 1 to 10 parts of foaming agent preparation; and 0-30 parts of molding aids. The enzyme preparation and the softener preparation are inserted on the detergent tablet in a form of solid particles.
Powders and granules and process for making such powders and granules
The present invention is directed towards a process for making a powder or granule containing (A) at least one alkali metal salt of citric acid, and at least one additive selected from (B) at least one (co)polymer containing carboxylic acid groups, partially neutralized with alkali, in a weight ratio of (A):(B) of from 5:1 up to 100:1, wherein said powder or granule contains at least 75% by weight of citrate (A), said process comprising the steps of (a) mixing the at least one alkali metal salt of citric acid (A) and the at least one (co)polymer (B) in the presence of water, (b) removing most of said water by spray-drying or spray granulation using a gas with an inlet temperature of at least 125 C.
Detergent tablet comprising a plant polysaccharide and anionic/nonionic surfactant mixture
