A photocurable composition for a 3D printer can be provided, which has excellent physical properties such as thermal properties, strength, elastic modulus, and tensile elongation, and when used in a patient-customized transparent orthodontic device, the orthodontic device can reduce the pain felt by patients and can enhance orthodontic correction effectiveness due to being closely fitted to the dental structure. Moreover, a 3D-printed transparent orthodontic device can be produced which can be restored to the original shape thereof even when deformed from use.

The invention relates to a UV curable hard-coat for a polymer film, the hard-coat comprising an aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer, a hexa-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer a photo-initiator and an organic solvent. The UV curable hard-coat further may comprise a flow modifier. A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for providing a hard-coated polymer film provided with the UV curable hard-coat of any one of the preceding claims. The polymer film is for example polycarbonate film. A further aspect of the invention relates to a hard-coated polymer film provided with the UV curable hard-coat of the invention. An aspect of the invention relates to use of the hard-coated polymer film provided with the UV curable hard-coat according to the invention in the manufacturing of a formed article or object such as a thermo-formed article or object and/or of a moulded article or object such as an injection-moulded article or object, preferably an article or object which comprises the hard-coated polymer film provided with the UV curable hard-coat which is first formed and then back-moulded such as back injection moulded. The invention also relates to an article or an object comprising a polycarbonate film containing a UV curable hard-coat according to the invention, wherein the article or object is manufactured using back injection-moulding or in-mould electronics.

The light curable composition is cured with a single light exposure step to form a fully polymerized pressure sensitive adhesive. The resulting pressure sensitive adhesive is brought into contact with to a second substrate with sufficient force to bond the second substrate to the first substrate to complete the assembly with the pressure sensitive adhesive.

A method for preparing a vinyl-modified fluorocarbon resin comprises mixing a fluorine-containing vinyl monomer, an initiator, and a tetrafluoroethylene monomer in a gas phase to carry out an addition reaction so as to obtain the vinyl-modified fluorocarbon resin. The fluorine-containing vinyl monomer is grafted onto tetrafluoroethylene, resulting in a vinyl-modified fluorocarbon resin which is highly resistant to strong acids and bases as well as weathering. The corrosion resistant coating prepared by using the resin as a base resin also has high resistances to strong acids and bases as well as weathering.

An objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-reflection film laminate which is for manufacturing an anti-reflection film having low surface reflectance and good anti-reflection properties, as well as excellent thermoformability and scratch resistance. The aforementioned problem is resolved by the following anti-reflection film laminate. This anti-reflection film laminate comprises: a first laminate having a base film that has a release surface, and an optical interference layer laminated on the release surface; and a second laminate having a substrate layer that contains a thermoplastic resin, and an uncured hardcoat layer that is laminated on one surface of the substrate layer and comprises a curable hardcoat composition. The first and second laminate bodies are pressure bonded such that the optical interference layer of the first laminate and the uncured hardcoat layer of the second laminate are in contact with each other.

ISOCYANURATE RESIN COMPOSITIONS

A resin composition can includes a first isocyanurate component and a first bonding component bonded to the first isocyanurate component. The first bonding component can be configured to bond to a second bonding component that is bonded to a second isocyanurate component. The first bonding component can be configured to bond to the second bonding component based upon an application of an initiator to the resin composition. In this way, the first isocyanurate component can be coupled to the second isocyanurate component. The resin composition can be either in a pre-cured state in which the first isocyanurate component is not coupled to the second isocyanurate component or in a post-cured state in which at least a portion of the first isocyanurate component is coupled to at least a portion of the second isocyanurate component.
