Assist wheel
The disclosure provides an assist wheel including a wheel, a handrim, an elastic component, two contact components, a driving assembly, two film sensors. The wheel is configured to be rotatably disposed on a wheelchair frame. The handrim is disposed on the wheel and rotatable with respect to the wheel. Two opposite ends of the elastic component are respectively connected to the wheel and the handrim. The two contact components are respectively disposed on the wheel and the handrim. The driving assembly is configured to be fixed to the wheelchair frame. The two film sensors are disposed on the driving assembly and respectively pressed by the two film sensors. Each of the two film sensors is configured to generate a sensor value. The controller is configured to receive the sensor values from the two film sensors and signal the driving assembly.
PEDAL-POWERED WHEELCHAIR
A pedal-powered wheelchair having a steering dolly pivotally mounted at a rear of the wheelchair. When the upper end of a first steering lever is pulled and the upper end of a second steering lever is pushed, a first steering linkage connected to the first steering lever pulls forward a first side of the steering dolly and a second steering linkage connected to the second steering lever pushes rearward a second side of the steering dolly. This causes the steering dolly to turn clockwise to initiate a left turn. When the upper end of the first steering lever is pushed and the upper end of the second steering lever is pulled, the first steering linkage pushes rearward the first side of the steering dolly and the second steering linkage pulls forward the second side of the steering dolly. This causes the steering dolly to turn counterclockwise to initiate a right turn.
Stand up wheelchair
The invention relates to a stand-up wheelchair, comprising a chassis and a stand-up frame articulated to the chassis. The stand-up frame comprises a first and a second parallelogram lever whose front ends are articulated to the chassis and can be pivoted around a first and a second joint point, and upon whose rear ends the backrest is hinged at a third and fourth joint point.
Wheel frame of driving wheel of a wheel chair including an ergometer including improved stabilization for increasing torque measurement of a user
A wheel frame (16a) includes a cylindrical hub (16c) into which an axle (11b) is rotatably inserted, a six-axis force sensor (16e) having an insertion hole (16e1) into which the hub (16c) is inserted, and an outer flange (16f) extending radially outward from an input section (16e2) of the six-axis force sensor (16e), wherein a hand rim (17) is attached to the outer flange (16f).
Attaching and detaching type driving device and wheelchair having the same
The inventive concept relates to an attaching and detaching type driving device, which is formed to be attachable and detachable to a manual wheelchair whose wheels are manually driven by a user, and to switch the manual wheelchair to an electric wheelchair that automatically drives wheels using power, and particularly, which is capable of being attached to and detached from the manual wheelchair regardless of shape or size of the wheelchair, being switched to the electric wheelchair, and supplying the electric wheelchair with low cost. The attaching and detaching type driving device includes a driving module mounted on each of both installation frames supporting both wheels in the wheelchair and putting rollers in close contact with the wheels to transfer a rotational force of the rollers to the wheels and a steering module controlling a drive of the driving module.
Foldable tiltable wheelchair and frame therefor
A foldable wheelchair comprises a plurality of width-adjustable hinged foldable cross-members connected to side frames to support a pivotable tiltable seat frame. The seat frame angle is operably controlled by use of gas springs that can be configured to support users of varying weight. The wheelchair is further configured to control lateral stability of the seat frame. The seat frame cooperates with a forward positioned pivot that maintains the user's knees in a position relative to the ground. Wheel adjustments allow for a range of seat height.
Electric wheelchair operation apparatus and vehicle operation method therefor
An electric wheelchair operation apparatus includes a sliding part disposed in an armrest part, a dial part disposed on a tip side of the armrest part, the dial part configured to be moved together with the sliding part in the vehicle forward/backward direction, and an electric wheelchair drive control unit configured to control a traveling motion of an electric wheelchair by associating the amount of movement of the sliding part and/or the moved position thereof with respect to the reference point in the vehicle forward/backward direction detected by a first sensor with a traveling motion of the electric wheelchair in a forward/backward direction and associating the amount of rotation, the rotational position, and/or the rotational torque of the dial part detected by a second sensor with a turning motion of the electric wheelchair in a left/right direction.
WHEELCHAIR WITH ACTUATOR CONTROLLED TILTING
A wheelchair includes: a chassis configured to collapse in a width direction of the wheelchair; at least one wheel carried by the chassis; a seat assembly including a seat and a back support carried by the chassis, the back support defining a tilt angle relative to the seat and being pivotable to adjust the tilt angle; and a tilt assembly carried by the chassis and including at least one tilt actuator coupled to the back support, the at least one tilt actuator being configured to pivot the back support and adjust the tilt angle. The chassis is collapsible in the width direction while carrying the at least one actuator to reduce a width of the wheelchair.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR A WHEELCHAIR
A drive device (1) for a wheelchair (2) comprises a control element (23), a chassis (9, 13) and a support frame (15). A fixing arrangement (19) is mounted on the support frame (15) and can be fixed to a wheelchair frame (7) of the wheelchair (2). The fixing arrangement (19) is designed such that it can be automatically connected to and released from the wheelchair frame (7) of the wheelchair (2) by a fixing drive (21).
Easy to use portable manual standing wheelchair with safety features and for outdoor use
The invention is for a standing 3 wheeled wheelchair with a pivoted seat having link means, a dyad means, removable side handle actuator means, a lockable knee support with interlocking cam means, which enables the user to stand effortlessly and safely in the wheel chair.
