LIFT ESPECIALLY FOR CHANGING THE POSITION OF THE SEAT IN A WHEELCHAIR
20210069039 · 2021-03-11 ·

The subject of the invention is a lift which is mainly used in wheelchairs to change the position of the seat and thus to change the position of a person sitting in the wheelchair. On the known scissor lift there is attached an upper frame consisting of a horizontal fixed part 1 and a tilting plate 2 attached to arms 3. In the fixed part 1 of the upper frame, tilting arms 5 are pivotally mounted on axle 4, with the other end pivotally mounted on axle 6 in arms 3 of the tilting plate 1, driven by the actuator 7 mounted in fixed part 1 of the upper frame. Actuator 7 through the levers of the cam tilting system drives tilting arms 5. The tilting plate 2 can be tilted in both directions around axle 6 that is around the attachment point of the arms 3 in the tilting arms 5. The tilting drive in both directions is the actuator 7 which is mounted with one end in the fixed part 1 of the upper frame and the other end is mounted in the lever of the cam tilting system of the tilting arms 5. In arms 3 of the tilting plate 2 there are placed control strips 8 with front 9 and rear pins 10 at the ends, longitudinally movable in arms 3 so that in one end position the rear pins 10 of each control strip 8 are locked in the hooks 12 of the connector 11then the tilting plate 2 is tilted backwardsbackwards tilt is forced because the connectors 11 are locked with the arms 3 and the pin 13 moves in the guide 14the front ends of the arms 3 rise because the front pins 9 do not bind the tilting arms 5 with the arms 3. In the second end position, the front pins 9 of each control bar 8 are locked in the front hooks 15 in the tilting arms 5, so the extension of the piston rod 7 causes the tilting arms 5 mounted in the axles 4 together with the arms 3 locked with them to rotate around this axle 4 and then the rear ends of the arms 3 rise and the seat tilts forward.

In an electric vehicle, a seat on a mobile base can move between a sitting position in which a sitting surface faces the vehicle upper side, and a retracted position in which a seating portion having the sitting surface is retracted from the sitting position to the vehicle front side, a back plate on the mobile base can move between a raised position on the vehicle rear side and the vehicle upper side with respect to the seating portion in the sitting position, and a laid down position on the vehicle front side with respect to the raised position, a cargo bed portion on the mobile base is positioned on the vehicle lower side with respect to the seating portion of the seat in the sitting position and is positioned on the vehicle rear side with respect to the seating portion of the seat in the retracted position.

Electric Vehicle

An electric vehicle includes: a mobile base capable of traveling by an electromotive drive; a seat including a seating portion having a sitting surface; and a battery capable of supplying electric power used in the electromotive drive. The seating portion of the seat includes a receiving portion capable of receiving the battery and arranged on a seat lower side with respect to the sitting surface. The mobile base is changeable between an expanded state in which a wheelbase is expanded and a contracted state in which the wheelbase is more contracted than in the expanded state. The seat is movable between a sitting position that the sitting surface faces a vehicle upper side in an expanded state of the mobile base, and a retracted position that the seating portion is retracted from the sitting position to a vehicle front side in a contracted state of the mobile base.

INPUT DEVICES FOR CONTROLLING A WHEELCHAIR

A system for controlling a wheelchair is disclosed. The system includes an input device that includes a shaft element, a base element, and one or more annular elements. A lower distal end of the shaft element is coupled to the base element, and the shaft element is configured to pivotally move about the lower distal end of the shaft element. A first annular element of the one or more annular elements is circumferentially disposed around the shaft element. The first annular element is coupled to the base element, and the first annular element is configured to rotate about the shaft element. The input device is configured to generate one or more input signals based on a position of the first annular element and a pivotal movement of the shaft element. The one or more input signals are configured to cause a controller to set an operation mode of the wheelchair.

Controller and electric furniture

According to the embodiments, the controller includes a first receiving unit and a second receiving unit, and is capable of controlling a device to be controlled. The controller is in a first mode when in a first action state prior to the first receiving unit receiving a first operation, and the controller transitions to a second mode when the first receiving unit receives the first operation. The second receiving unit is in the first optical state in the first action state. The second receiving unit is in a second optical state in a second action state prior to the second receiving unit receiving a second operation in the second mode. The second receiving unit is in a third optical state in a third action state in which the second receiving unit has received the second operation in the second mode. The second optical state differs from the second optical state. The third optical state differs from the first optical state and differs from the third optical state. A controller and an electric furniture that are easier to use can be provided.
