An adhesive film for polarizing plates, a polarizing plate including the same, and an optical display including the same are provided. The adhesive film for polarizing plates is formed of an adhesive composition comprising: a (meth)acrylic copolymer; an adhesion promoter; a mixture of an isocyanate curing agent and a carbodiimide curing agent; and a UV absorbent, and the adhesive film has a glass transition temperature of about −47° C. to −40° C., and the adhesive film has a light transmittance of about 3% or less at a wavelength of about 380 nm.

Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Composition
A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, an optical laminate, a polarizing plate and a display device are provided. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a block copolymer containing a first block having a glass transition temperature of 50° C. or more and having a cross-linkable functional group, a second block having a glass transition temperature of −10° C. or less, and an epoxysilane compound. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present application can provide excellent durability and excellent optical characteristics with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive polarizing plate.
IONICALLY HYDROPHILIZED POLYISOCYANATES WITH IMPROVED DRYING
The invention relates to a polyisocyanate mixture comprising a polyisocyanate component A) having aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bonded isocyanate groups and a polyisocyanate component B) having araliphatically and/or aromatically bonded isocyanate groups, characterized in that the polyisocyanate component A) comprises at least 0.85% by weight of sulfonate groups (calculated as SO.sub.3; molar weight=80 g/mol) in chemically bonded form and the proportion of the polyisocyanate component B) is 7 to 43% by weight of the total amount of the components A) and B). The invention further relates to the use thereof and also coating compositions comprising the polyisocyanate mixture and also the substrates coated with these coating compositions.
POLYURETHANE PREPOLYMER WITH HIGH FUNCTIONALITY, METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME, AND CURING AGENT COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided are a method of preparing a polyurethane prepolymer with high functionality and the polyurethane prepolymer with high functionality prepared therefrom and a curing agent comprising the same. The method includes the steps of: Step (A): providing an alcohol composition comprising a first polyol having 2 or 3 OH groups and a second polyol having 4 or more OH groups; Step (B): reacting the alcohol composition with a polyisocyanate to undergo a first polymerization, so as to obtain an intermediate; wherein a molar ratio of a total number of the OH groups of the alcohol composition to a total number of NCO groups of the polyisocyanate is from 1:2 to 1:6; and Step (C): adding a catalyst to carry out a second polymerization of the intermediate to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer with high functionality, which has four or more NCO groups.

The invention relates to an aromatic allophanate polyisocyanate based on aromatic diisocyanates, containing a) 15 mol-% of allophanate groups, based on the sum of urethane, allophanate and isocyanurate groups, b) 50 mol-% of isocyanurate groups, based on the sum of urethane, allophanate and isocyanurate groups and c) 1.5% by weight of monomeric diisocyanates, based on the total weight of the aromatic allophanate polyisocyanate.
