ROBOT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLNG THE SAME
Provided is a robot including a main body having a traveling wheel and a traveling motor for rotating the traveling wheel, a seating body disposed above the main body, a left projector disposed at a left side of the main body to scan a beam toward a left lower direction, a right projector disposed at a right side of the main body to scan a beam toward a right lower direction, and a processor for controlling the traveling motor, the left projector, and the right projector.
Wheelchair Accessory Apparatus
A wheelchair accessory apparatus is disclosed. The wheelchair accessory apparatus includes an ambulatory assistive device retaining member removably attachable to the frame of a wheelchair and an ambulatory assistive device support member removably attachable to the footrest of a wheelchair. The ambulatory assistive device retaining member includes a first leg, a second leg, and an elongated stem. The first leg and the second leg join and define a portal therebetween to receive an ambulatory assistive device therethrough. The ambulatory assistive device support member includes a body comprising a cup sized to removably receive a crutch tip. When the ambulatory assistive retaining member and the ambulatory assistive device support member are both attached to the wheelchair, the portal and the cup align to receive and sustain an ambulatory assistive device therein for hands-free transportation of the ambulatory assistive device while utilizing a wheelchair.
Child medical transport apparatus, assembly and method thereof
An assembly of a first and second child transport apparatus is disclosed. Each apparatus may include: a frame having a frame base, at least one wheel, and a handle; at least one brake and a brake rod, wherein the brake rod is attached to the frame, and wherein the at least one brake actionable upon the wheel when the brake rod is actuated; a carriage pivotably attached to the frame; and a foldable backrest pivotably attached to a base of the carriage, wherein, in a nested position, the foldable backrest of the first apparatus is folded down and the carriage of the second apparatus is positioned partially within the carriage of the first apparatus such that the carriage of the second apparatus is disposed partially over the foldable backrest of the first apparatus; and the brake rod of the first apparatus is released by the handle of the second apparatus.
Articulated stabilizer frame with magnetic attachment for monopod
A camera support apparatus includes a telescopically collapsible monopod, a pad sized and shaped to be set on by a user, especially a user in a wheelchair and a center mount assembly having a magnet that is selectively interconnectably joined between the pad and the monopod. When used with a wheelchair, the wheelchair preferably includes a magnetically attachable side mount to secure the monopod to the side when not in use.
MOTORIZED MOUNT FOR SEATING SYSTEM
The present disclosure illustrates a motorized mount with a plurality of degrees of freedom coupled to a seating system. The motorized mount assembly can include an attachment assembly configured to attach to a seating assembly. A vertical control assembly can be connected to the attachment assembly with an arm having a first end attached to vertical control assembly by a first hinge. A mounting assembly can be attached to a second end of the arm. The mounting assembly can configured to receive a personal computing device. A linear actuator may be attached to the vertical control assembly to raise and lower the arm and mounting assembly. A first motor can be configured to attach to the arm. A second motor can be configured to attach between the arm and the mounting assembly.
ROBOT
Provided is a robot including a main body provided with a traveling wheel and at least one accessory separably mounted on the main body. The accessory includes a supporter on which an article is supported and a supporter locker disposed on the supporter, the supporter locker being provided with a locking portion hooked with the main body.
ELECTRIC MOBILITY VEHICLE
An electric mobility vehicle including a mobility body, wheels provided at both sides in a vehicle width direction of the mobility body, and a sensor attached to the mobility body. An area which is located outside the wheel in the vehicle width direction, and at least one of a part of the wheel, and a part of the fender of the wheel are positioned within a detection area of the sensor.
WHEELCHAIR MOUNTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A system includes an adapter and a lock. The adapter includes a flexible collar and an attachment structure. The flexible collar is configured to at least partially surround a portion of the wheelchair such that the flexible collar engages the portion of the wheelchair and aids in preventing rotation of the adapter relative to the portion of the wheelchair. The attachment structure has a first arm attached to and extending from the flexible collar and a second arm attached to and extending from the flexible collar. The lock includes a body and a mounting platform attached thereto. The body of the lock is configured to engage the attachment structure to aid in maintaining the flexible collar in a closed position. The mounting platform has one or more coupling mechanisms attached thereto for use in removably mounting one or more accessories to the system.
RETRACTABLE STORAGE DEVICES
A retractable storage device for an armrest of a chair, including a vertically extending arm assembly including a first distal end and a second distal end, a horizontally extending arm assembly including a first distal end and a second distal end, a middle connector, and a storage container. The second distal end of the vertically extending arm assembly is pivotally secured to the middle connector, and the first distal end of the horizontally extending arm assembly is pivotally secured to the middle connector. The retractable storage device is moveable between a stowed position and a raised position. The storage container is coupled to the second distal end of the horizontally extending arm assembly, where the storage container is stowed beneath the armrest when the retractable storage device is moved to the stowed position.
Wheelchair implement system
Disclosed are provisions for enabling a user of a wheelchair to rapidly outfit a first side of the wheelchair with a first implement or a second implement, both implements having adaptive functionalities, and also for enabling the user to perform the same in conjunction with a second side of the wheelchair.
