Walker attachment for wheelchairs
A walker adapted for attachment to a wheelchair may be used to assist a user with walking while retaining the wheelchair in close proximity behind the user for use when the user needs to sit. The walker may be removably attached to the frame of the wheelchair for easy exchange of use from one wheelchair to another. A pivotable, removably attachable gate between two lateral frame members may allow for the walker to be manipulated from a walking position to a stored position. The gate may include an extendable width to allow for use with wheelchairs of different widths. A frame of the walker may be extendably attached to the wheelchair, thereby allowing the user to extend and retract the walker between the walking position and the stored position.
ELECTRONIC LIFTING-LOWERING TRANSFER MACHINE
A transfer machine includes: a main body assembly, including two lifting rods capable of moving up and down, two seat plates corresponding to the two lifting rods, wherein the seat plates are capable of rotating around the corresponding lifting rods, allowing the seat plates to close with or separate from each other; a lifting assembly, including a base, a connecting rod fixedly connected to the lifting rods and an electronic controlling assembly. The base includes a guiding bar extending vertically, the lifting rods can move along the guiding bar; the electronic controlling assembly includes a pushing rod, fixedly connected to the connecting rod to drive the two lifting rods to move to further drive the main body assembly to move. The connecting rod has a first connection portion and a second connection portion, a foot section is formed between the first connection portion and the second connection portion.

PERSONAL MOBILITY SYSTEM
A personal mobility system with multiple adjustments is presented. The personal mobility system may comprise one or more elastic stabilizer mechanisms. The adjustments may comprise a telescoping adjustment system for multiple handles, to adjust height and position of handles. The personal mobility system presents handles at a variety of positions, and of different types, to assist a user in moving from sitting to standing to walking, and to and from other positions, and presents a seat. The personal mobility system with elastic stabilizer mechanisms stabilizes the system against tipping over, improving user safety by reducing the occurrence of tips and falls. The elastic stabilizer mechanisms may be engaged by all handles and grip surfaces, or by a subset thereof, of the personal mobility system when a user begins to tip. The personal mobility system presents improvements in folding, convenience, and useability.
LIFTING MECHANISM AND CHANIRS
An adjustable lifting mechanism for use as or with a seating apparatus. The lifting mechanism has a base to which a pivot of a parallelogram structure is attached. A spring extends from a first link of the parallelogram to an adjustable termination point on a second link of the parallelogram to form a lifting triangle. A lifting power adjustment mechanism adjusts the position of the spring termination point with respect to the main pivot. An extension is in fixed relation to one of the four parallelogram links, and is configured to maintain its angle with respect to the horizontal when angles of the parallelogram are varied upon raising or lowering the lifting mechanism between a sitting mode and a standing mode. The extension thus serves as a base for a rear seat section.

Sit to stand stair chair
A stair chair for use in transporting a patient in a seated position along stairs comprising a base, an upright coupled to the base, and a track assembly extending from the base for traversing stairs. A seat section is operatively attached to the upright and arranged for movement relative to the base between a plurality of vertical configurations including a first vertical configuration where the seat section is spaced from the base at a first distance for supporting the patient in the seated position, and a second vertical configuration where the seat section is spaced from the base at a second distance greater than the first distance. A lift mechanism is interposed between the base and the seat section to move the seat section between the plurality of vertical configurations. The lift mechanism moves the seat section to facilitate transitioning the patient to a standing position from the seated position.

Toilet
A toilet includes a base, a cover, and a seat. The seat is rotatably coupled to the base, and the cover is rotatably coupled to the seat. The cover and the seat define an angled axis that is oriented upward and forward toward a front end of the base. The cover and the seat are each configured to rotate about the angled axis between a lowered position in which the cover and the seat are located adjacent the base and a stowed position in which the cover and the seat are oriented in an upward direction.
