A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING AT LEAST A PORTION OF A TEXTILE MATERIAL COMPRISING POLYESTER FIBERS
The present invention describes a method of recycling at least a portion of a textile material comprising polyester fibers, the method comprising a mixing step comprising bringing the textile material comprising polyester fibers and at least one other type of fibers into contact with a suspension comprising a catalyst and methanol in a rotatable drum of a reactor unit, the rotatable drum being arranged for rotating around an axis, said axis having an angle to the horizontal plane being less than 45, preferable said rotatable drum being perforated; a depolymerization step comprising providing a temperature of at least 80 C. in the reactor unit and rotating the drum to make the textile material tumble around inside thereof in contact with the catalyst and methanol to perform a methanolysis depolymerization reaction of the polyester portion of the textile material, leaving said other type of fibers in a fiber state; and withdrawing from the reactor unit a liquid solution comprising depolymerized polyester, and withdrawing from the rotatable drum a fiber material comprising said other type of fibers.

RECYCLED POLYESTER YARN USING WASTE FABRIC
The present invention relates to recycled polyester yarn using waste fabric. The recycled polyester yarn produced by the method, which includes steps of: adding a predetermined chain extender to a polyester resin in which waste fabric woven with polyester yarn is melted to prevent the viscosity of the melted recycled polyester resin from dropping, and by adding a low melting point alloy agent having low melting point and low crystallinity, thereby improving extrusion (workability) in a process of melting and spinning the recycled polyester yarn and having physical properties equivalent to virgin polyester yarn.

ENZYME EXTRACTION METHODS
Disclosed are methods of extracting an enzyme, comprising soaking a seed in an aqueous solution, homogenizing the seed to produce a homogenized suspension, and filtering the homogenized suspension to produce a crude extract, wherein the crude extract comprises urease and non-urease proteins.

Arrangement for separating a woven textile into recovered fibers and textile residual
An arrangement and a method for separating a woven textile into recovered fibers and textile residual. The recovered fibers can be reused in another textile at a later point in time, ensuring an environmentally friendly and energy efficient method for recycling woven textiles. The arrangement includes feeding means, a separating unit, and a fiber sorting device. The woven textile is separated into recovered fibers and textile residual by rotation of a brush roller arranged in the separating unit. Further, the fiber sorting device is arranged downstream the separating unit to collect the recovered fibers and textile residual. A sensor is arranged to monitor and determine the position of a downstream free end of the woven textile being fed to the separating unit. The arrangement further includes a control unit configured to control an operation of the feeding means, the separating unit and the fiber sorting device.
