APPARATUS FOR FACILITATING MANAGING MULTIPLE BIOLOGICAL FLUID CONTAINERS
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for facilitating managing multiple biological fluid containers. Accordingly, the apparatus may include a base configured to be stationarily and movably disposed on a surface for allowing a movement of the apparatus on the surface. Further, the allowing of the movement facilitates the managing of the biological fluid containers. Further, the apparatus may include a stand extending between a first end and a second end in relation to the base. Further, the apparatus may include a fluid holder tray attached to an upper portion of the stand proximal to the second end of the stand. Further, the fluid holder tray extends laterally away from the stand. Further, the fluid holder tray may be configured for holding biological fluid containers. Further, the fluid holder tray may include a plurality of receptacles.
Medical equipment mounting system for an I.V. pole
A medical equipment mounting system for an I.V. pole including an arm having an adjustable clamp on the distal end, and a mounting plate. The mounting plate is welded to the side of a hospital bed. Furthermore, the proximal end of the arm is attached to the mounting plate. In one embodiment, the clamp is a U-shaped clamp having a security screw disposed along its opening. The security screw allows for the I.V. pole to be safely secured to the clamp and prevents the detachment of pole when a hospital patient bed is being transported or maneuvered.
Drainage tubing management device
A drainage tubing management device is provided. The drainage tubing management device generally comprises a body including a planar field, and having plural pairs of spaced-apart protrusions extending from said field, each pair of protrusions sized to accept flexible drainage tubing therebetween, wherein pairs of the protrusions are arranged in at least first and second rows such that drainage tubing may be retained with respect to said body along the first and second rows, at least one aperture in said body, and a securement mechanism comprising one or more of (a) a post having a longitudinal axis, said post being insertable through within said aperture and having a terminal flange occluding passage of said post through said aperture, said post being sufficiently rigid to support said body and (b) a flexible hanging strap insertable through said aperture and having a terminal flange occluding passage of said strap through said aperture.
DEVICE HOLDING MEMBER AND DEVICE HOLDING MEMBER SET
The disclosure provides a device holding member and a device holding member set. The device holding member is engaged with a bottom member formed with a hole or a frame supporting the bottom member and holds a device arranged on the bottom member. The device holding member includes a belt and a locking member. The belt includes an end part provided with an engaging member engageable with an edge part of the bottom member or the frame and holds the device. The locking member is provided between the engaging member and the device and locks a part of the belt to the hole.
Hangable apparatus and systems and methods therefor
A track hanger (100) includes a hook (103) and an extension (104), a base member (102), and a key (403). The key is detachable from the hook, and the base member is detachable from the extension. The key can include a first major surface (401) and a second major surface (402). The first major surface can define one or more barbs (404) that facilitate one-way insertion of the key into a track (106).
ORAL HYDRATION SYSTEM
An oral hydration system, which includes a fluid reservoir; a supply tube fluidly coupled to the reservoir at its distal end; and a mouthpiece pump molded as a single piece utilizing one pliable material and deformable along its entire length, wherein the mouthpiece pump is fluidly coupled at its distal end to a proximal end of the supply tube, wherein the mouthpiece pump or the supply tube comprises a one-way distal valve and the mouthpiece pump is sealed proximally with a proximal face in a form of a mouthpiece containing a proximal valve that seals until the pump is deformed by a user for the purpose of creating a priming and pumping action to draw fluid from the reservoir, through the supply tube and out of the mouthpiece pump to the user.
Patient Support Apparatus For Removably Retaining Differently-Sized Portable Electronic Devices
A patient support apparatus for removably retaining differently-sized portable electronic devices. The patient support apparatus comprises a base, a litter with a patient support deck for supporting the patient, and a side rail. The side rail is coupled to the litter and arranged for movement relative to the base. The side rail includes a caddy comprising a back, a first brace, and a second brace spaced from the first brace. The first brace extends laterally from the back and defines a first bottom support region. The second brace extends laterally from the back and defines a second bottom support region converging toward the first bottom support region to arrange the first and second bottom support regions to provide differing points of contact for retaining differently-sized portable electronic devices.
Postoperative Buttocks Recovery Bed
The present invention discloses a devise constructed to prevent any pressure caused to a patient while laying and sleeping in a flat position on their backside after surgery to the buttocks area, consisting of a negative pressure site where the buttocks sleeps and rests. The device is used post-surgery during recovery following a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery including, but not limited to, Fat Transfer, Fat Grafting, Liposuction, Butt Shots, Butt Implants, or any surgical procedure to the Gluteal, Buttocks, or Coccyx area. The present device solves this current problem of a patient being uncomfortable or in an unnatural position during rest or sleep while recovering 24 hours a day for 6-8 weeks; and prevents pressure to the buttocks having direct contact with any surface during sleep and resting while inside the negative pressure site, supporting the head, neck, legs, and feet in an elevated position.
