OPEN-END SPINNING DEVICE
An open-end spinning device having a rotor housing (1) which can be acted upon by negative pressure and a spinning rotor (2), the rotor housing (1) is open towards the front and can be closed by a cover element, to the rear the rotor housing (1) has a rear wall (3) with a passage opening (4) for a rotor shaft (5) of the spinning rotor (2). In order to prevent the occurrence of thread coils inside the rotor housing (1) behind the spinning rotor, a narrow gap (6) of less than 2 mm is provided between the spinning rotor (2) and the rear wall (3) of the rotor housing (1) at the largest outer diameter of the spinning rotor (2) and the rear wall (3) of the rotor housing (1) is designed such that the area (7) behind the spinning rotor (2) is covered inside the rotor housing (1).
Channel plate adapter and open-end spinning device with a channel plate adapter
A channel plate adapter is provided for use in a cover of a rotor housing of an open-end spinning device, wherein a rotor is rotatably arranged in the rotor housing. The channel plate adapter includes an output fiber channel that conveys fibers to the rotor, the output fiber channel having an inlet side where fibers enter and an outlet side from which the fibers exit towards the rotor. The output fiber channel further includes a bend between the inlet side and the outlet side, the bend splitting the output fiber channel into a first section formed between the inlet side and the bend, and a second section formed between the bend and the outlet side. The bend changes direction of the second section relative to the first section such that the second section is oriented against a direction of rotation of the rotor.

Multifunctional nozzle for a spinning machine
A multifunctional nozzle for a spinning machine used to produce real-twist yarn. The multifunctional nozzle comprises a nozzle channel open on one side in a nozzle housing and in which a vortex flow can be generated. A nozzle body which is shorter than the nozzle channel is provided with a through-channel for the passage of a thread or fibre band. An annular gap with a narrow point is formed within the nozzle channel. The annular gap tapering on both sides at the narrow point. The narrow point is arranged downstream of a fluid inlet which leads to the nozzle channel. A hollow body-type flow conducting body is provided between the annular gap and the open end of the nozzle channel for guiding the thread or fibre band together with a fluid, the annular gap being formed between the nozzle body and the nozzle housing and/or the flow conducting body.
