Drum inter-storage of yarn at an operating unit of a textile machine and method of control for
A drum inter-storage of yarn for a textile machine and associated method of control includes a driven rotary drum with a compensatory rotary arm. The rotary drum is coupled with a first drive formed by an electric motor, and a compensatory rotary arm is coupled with a second drive formed by an electric motor, whereby both motors are connected to a control device. The invention also relates to a method of controlling the drum inter-storage of yarn at an operating unit of a textile machine.

Continuous automatic twisting and winding device and method for polymer fiber artificial muscles
A continuous automatic twisting, and winding device and method for the polymer fiber artificial muscle are provided. The device includes a wire feeding mechanism, polymer fibers, a twisting mechanism, a winding mechanism, a translation mechanism, and a base plate. The center axis of the rolling bearing I in the wire feeding mechanism is horizontally aligned with the center axis of the spline shaft in the winding mechanism; the polymer fibers are generally nylon fibers, polyester fibers, etc.; the twisting mechanism, winding mechanism and the translation mechanism are mounted on the base plate; the twisting mechanism articulation seat in the twisting mechanism is fixed on the front support seat in the winding mechanism; the mounted bearing in the translation mechanism is connected to the spline shaft in the winding mechanism by interference fit. The guide rod in the translation mechanism is mounted on the rear support seat in the winding mechanism.
OUTER-YARN BRAKE, A CORDING OR CABLING MACHINE WITH AN OUTER-YARN BRAKE AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A CORDING OR CABLING MACHINE
An outer-yarn brake (14) for a cording or cabling machine with at least one workstation comprising a bobbin rack (2) for holding at least one feed bobbin (4), a spindle (12) for the rotation of a yarn (6) withdrawn from the feed bobbin (4) around a bobbin pot associated with the spindle (12), and a yarn-guide channel (10) for guiding the yarn (6) received via a free end-portion (8) of the yarn-guide channel (10) to the spindle (12). The outer-yarn brake (14) can be arranged in the yarn running direction of the withdrawn yarn (6) between the feed bobbin (4) and the yarn-guide channel (10) to guide through the withdrawn yarn (6) and comprises a clamping portion for defined braking of the running yarn (6). The outer-yarn brake (14) can be coupled to the free end-portion (8) in order to form a yarn input for the yarn-guide channel (10).
DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING YARN FEEDING TENSION OF FALSE-TWIST TEXTURING MACHINE
A device for controlling yarn feeding tension of a false-twist texturing machine, including a support frame, whose two sides are symmetrically and rotatably provided with two support roller groups, respectively. A tensioning roller assembly is slidably arranged at an inner side of the support frame. A lifting frame assembly is slidably arranged on the support frame to drive the tensioning roller assembly to move upward. Two dustproof cover assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two side of a top of the support frame. The tensioning roller assembly includes a tensioning roller, whose outer peripheral surface is provided with annular guide channels evenly spaced apart. Both ends of the tensioning roller are respectively provided with sliders. Two sides of the support frame are respectively provided with rectangular slideways fitting the sliders. The sliders are each provided with an annular protrusion coaxial with the tensioning roller.
