Device for Contactless Measurement of the Parameters of a Linear Textile Formation, a Method of Controlling the Device and a Textile Machine
A device for contactless measurement of one or more parameters of a linear textile formation (e.g., yarn) includes a yarn sensor with at least two mutually independent detection zones for one or a combination of the parameters of yarn presence, yarn movement, or yarn quality. The individual detections zones are arranged in defined positions relative to at least two different yarn paths of the yarn at a workstation depending on changed states of the yarn at the workstation so that at least one of the parameters is measured in each of the detections zones.

Method for operating a work station of a textile machine
A method for operating a work station of a textile machine that produces or rewinds yarn in a normal operation, wherein the normal operation is interrupted. The method includes performing at least one service step for restoring the normal operation, wherein a service result is specified for the service step. A standard service operation is carried out with a service device until the service result has been achieved or a predetermined number of failed attempts has been reached. When the predetermined number of failed standard service operation attempts has been reached, an extended service operation is carried out.

Method of adjustment of a workstation and a yarn clearer (yarn quality sensor) on a yarn manufacturing textile machine
A method is provided for adjustment of a textile machine workstation based on yarn parameters measured by an associated yarn quality sensor at the work station. The method generates a first reference value of a selected yarn parameter by measurement of the yarn parameter or by calculation, wherein the first reference value is generated from the yarn parameter for a deliberately defective yarn intentionally produced at the workstation. The method then compares a current value or second reference value of the yarn parameter for yarn produced at the workstation of production quality or higher-than-production quality to the first reference value.

Methods and systems for regulating tension in warping
A warping system for reducing tension in a plurality of yarn ends wound by the warping system onto a beam. The warping system minimizes the number of contact points as yarn is pulled off of yarn packages in a creel and wound onto the beam. After exiting a tube, yarn passes over a roller and an expansion comb before being wound onto the beam. The yarn extends between the roller and the beam substantially in a yarn plane. The yarn can contact the warping system at only one contact point between the roller and the beam.
Control method for yarn route inspection equipment, electronic device and storage medium
Provided is a control method for a yarn route inspection equipment, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method includes: detecting whether a first workstation in an initial yarn route inspection path is in a shoveling state; when the first workstation is not in the shoveling state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to inspect the first workstation; when the first workstation is in the shoveling state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to bypass the first workstation to inspect a second workstation and mark the first workstation as an uninspected state; and when inspection of the initial yarn route inspection path is completed and there is a workstation in the uninspected state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to perform supplementary inspection on the workstation in the uninspected state in the initial yarn route inspection path.

Device and method for determining the diameter of a yarn balloon formed by a running yarn at a workstation of a textile machine
A device for determining the diameter of a yarn balloon (B) formed by a running yarn at a workstation (1) of a textile machine wherein the workstation (1) is provided with a mechanical, contact scanning sensor (22), which is designed and arranged so that during the operation of the workstation (1) it is positioned by a yarn forming the thread balloon (B) in an operating position dependent on the diameter of a thread balloon (B), and a sensor device (24) is provided which detects the operating position (BS) of the scanning sensor (22).
