PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING TWISTED AND TEXTURED YARNS
A process and system for manufacturing twisted and textured yarns are provided. The process includes drawing a first material yarn from a first supply source under predetermined tension; heatingly extending the first material yarn through at least one first heating godet; drawing a second material yarn from a second supply source under predetermined tensions; heatingly extending the second material yarn through at least one second heating godet; feeding at least one of the first material yarn and the second material yarn in an Air Textured Unit (ATY) to obtain a third material yarn; winding the third material yarn exiting from the ATY, wherein the winding is a pirn winding process; twisting the first material yarn, the second material yarn and the third material yarn; and rewinding the twisted third material yarn.

METHOD AND MELT SPINNING APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A CRIMPED, MULTICOLORED COMPOSITE THREAD
A plurality of colored filament bundles are initially extruded separately, cooled and each combined into a partial thread. The partial threads are then separately pre-swirled and stretched individually or as a partial composite thread formed from a plurality of partial threads. Crimping then occurs. After the crimping, the partial threads and the partial composite thread are combined into a composite thread and wound into a coil. In accordance with certain techniques, a melt spinning apparatus has a pre-swirling apparatus having a plurality of swirling nozzles, a post-swirling device having a plurality of post-swirling nozzles and a crimping device having a plurality of texturing nozzles, wherein the nozzles are designed such that an individual partial thread or a partial composite thread formed from a plurality of partial threads can optionally be processed.
FILAMENTS HAVING CHANGEABLE SHAPE FOR A TOY OR ACCESSORY
Hair for a doll, toy or a wearable item is reversibly stylable. The hair can change between straight and curly hair by subjecting the hair to a change of temperature. This temperature change can be by the application of heat, coolness or cold. In one form, then, straighten of curved doll hair filaments is through hot air or hot water. (38-40 degrees). A doll figure can include auto fitting smart hair filaments for practicing the method. Pulling straight doll hair turns the hair to curly. Straightening is affected through heat. The doll has hair filaments which are formed by shape memory plastic material.

YARN TEXTURIZING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A yarn texturizing apparatus and method for texturizing a plurality of yarns, which can include a tack assembly and a jet box assembly. The tack assembly can be configured to receive a bundle of yarns and impart a plurality of twists to each bundle of yarns and subsequently impart a first tack point at a point corresponding to a twist reversal between the twists. The downstream jet box assembly can be configured to place a plurality of additional tack points intermittently along the plurality of twists of each bundle of yarn.

WOVEN TWILL TEXTILE FABRIC
An aspect of the present disclosure relates to a woven twill textile fabric, the fabric including: from about 90 to about 235 ends per inch warp cotton yarn; and from about 100 to about 2765 picks per inch multi-filament polyester weft yarn, wherein the picks are woven into the fabric in a single or in a group of at least two multi-filament polyester weft yarn, and wherein total content of cotton present in the fabric is at least about 50% by weight of the fabric, further wherein total thread count in the fabric ranges from about 190 to about 3000. The advantageous fabric realized in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure can find utility as home textiles. Other aspects of the present disclosure relate to a method of manufacturing a draw textured yarn and a multi-ply separable draw textured yarn.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MULTICOLOR YARN
A draw device into which at least two filaments are guided for producing a multi-coloured yarn from differently coloured filaments which consist of a plurality of endless filaments includes a pair of intake rollers for receiving the at least two filaments. Two pairs of drafting system rollers follow the intake rollers to draw the at least two filaments. A texturizing device comprising a texturizing nozzle with a cooling drum is disposed downstream of the two pairs of drafting system rollers to texturize the at least two filaments, wherein at least one yarn is formed from the filaments in the texturizing nozzle. At least one further nozzle is disposed exclusively upstream of the texturizing device in which each filament is separately interlaced. The filaments are drawn on at least one of the two pairs of drafting system rollers at a speed of at least 1,700 m/min.
