Weaving loom
A weaving loom of the present disclosure includes a base and a heddle. The base has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a heddle base and first fins extending from the heddle base. The heddle is detachably coupled with the heddle base and has an axis and a central part. The heddle further includes a plurality of shedding sections formed on the central part and around the axis. The shedding sections are arranged along the axis for the central part to have a plurality of longitudinal rows having different topographies across different longitudinal portions of the central part. The heddle is configured to move between a plurality of positions with one of the longitudinal rows facing vertically upward.

Heddle for weaving loom and weaving loom provided with such a heddle
This heddle includes a link and at least one rod made of polymeric material, one longitudinal extremity of which includes surfaces covering the transverse faces of the link. The rod and the link form at least one cavity, offset from the link parallel to a longitudinal axis and delimited by a first peripheral surface of the link, a second lateral surface, formed by the outer surface of the rod, and a third bottom surface, formed by the rod and extending one of the covering surfaces. An intersection line extends from the third bottom surface and delimits the first surface. The third bottom surface is arranged toward the outside of the rod relative to the second lateral surface. Each cavity is non-facing, according to a thickness axis in a direction away from the third bottom surface.

Jacquard heddle and loom comprising such a jacquard heddle
A Jacquard heddle including a link, including an upper hole and a lower hole of circular cross-section. A first single-filament wire is engaged in the upper hole forming an upper loop and a second single-filament wire is engaged in the lower hole forming a lower loop. The Jacquard heddle includes an upper end connector to which two end portions of the first wire are linked and a lower end connector to which two end portions of the second wire are linked. The upper loop defines a free opening extending from the upper hole to the connection of the two end portions of the first wire with the upper end connector. The lower loop defines a free opening extending from the lower hole to the connection of the two end portions of the second wire with the lower end connector.
PLASTIC HEALDS WITH MULTIPLE EYES
The present invention provides a heald suitable for use with various types of weaving looms. The heald is constructed from plastics having two distinct colors which meet around the middle of the heald so that each color includes an eye for guiding the warp threads. The edges and sides of the heald are arced and radiused to reduce friction from passing up and down through the yarns to allow for faster machine operation. In some embodiments, the top end of the heald is constructed and arranged to grip the operational cords typically used on a Jacquard weaving machine. The grip end of the heald includes a sinusoidal path and alligator like teeth to prevent slipping of the cords.
Shedding mechanism structure, weaving machine comprising the same, fabric, and method for weaving
The present application belongs to the field of textile technology and particularly relates to a shedding mechanism structure, a weaving machine including the same, a fabric, and a method for weaving fabric. The shedding mechanism structure includes independently liftable shedding arms and half shedding frame. The shedding arms include a front base shedding frame and a rear base shedding frame, the front base shedding frame and the rear base shedding frame are each provided with a movable part. The movable part is provided with a movable hole, the half shedding frame is liftably mounted between the front base shedding frame and the rear base shedding frame through the moveable hole.
