Method for producing a belt strap for a safety belt system in a vehicle, belt strap, and vehicle having belt strap
A method for manufacturing a webbing (20) for a seat belt system in a vehicle comprises the following steps of: weaving the webbing (20) using a first yarn (30) and a second yarn (32), the first yarn (30) and the second yarn (32) reflecting light in the spectrum invisible to humans with different intensity, wherein the first and second yarns (30, 32) form a pattern (36), and overdying the webbing (20) so that the webbing (20) reflects light in the spectral range visible to humans in such a way that it has a homogenous appearance for humans. Moreover, such a webbing (20) and a vehicle comprising such a webbing (20) are provided.
REDUNDANT SAFETY BELT
The present disclosure includes a belt webbing for a safety belt system. The belt webbing may have at least one first strength member extending along the length L of the belt webbing and a second strength member extending along the length L of the belt webbing. The first strength member and the second strength member may be interconnected.
INNERDUCT STRUCTURE CONTAINING MONOFILAMENT JACKETED WOVEN ROPE
An article containing an innerduct structure and a woven rope located within the innerduct structure. The woven rope an inner portion comprising a plurality of multifilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and a jacket portion covering the inner portion. The jacket portion contains a plurality of monofilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and at least one multifilament fiber in the circumferential direction interwoven with the monofilament fibers in the length direction of the jacket portion. The monofilament fibers of the jacket portion form the majority of the outer surface of the woven rope.
Safety belt webbing for a vehicle
A safety belt webbing for a vehicle includes a woven fabric from mutually intersecting warp and weft threads. The woven fabric is at least partially configured in the weave repeat with at least 6, preferably at least 8 ends. The weave repeat per warp thread includes at least four, preferably six, intersection points with the weft threads. The intersection points are weave points resulting between the warp and the weft threads when the warp thread within the weave repeat alternates from a warp elevation to a warp depression, or vice versa. Within the weave repeat the largest warp float per warp thread is across two weft threads, and the maximum warp depression is below two weft threads. Within the weave repeat, per warp thread there is at least one warp elevation additionally to the warp float across a weft thread, and at least one warp depression below a weft thread.
Monofilament jacketed woven tape
A woven rope an inner portion comprising a plurality of multifilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and a jacket portion covering the inner portion.
Belt strap for a safety belt device of a motor vehicle
The invention relates to a belt strap for a safety belt device of a motor vehicle, comprising at least one hollow section which has at least one cavity for receiving electronic components and/or lines, wherein the cavity is formed by two fabric layers and the fabric layers are formed by a plurality of warp threads and weft threads. The fabric layers are connected to each other in the outer edge sections by means of edge weave threads. A single layer section adjoins the at least one hollow section, in which the fabric layers are connected to each other by a plurality of central weave threads, the central weave threads in the hollow section being woven together in only one of the fabric layers.
Webbing for fall protection device
A webbing for use in a fall protection device, such as a self-retracting lifeline having leading edge capabilities, is provided having a double cloth construction with the exterior of the webbing constructed of woven, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene yarns and having stuffer yarns positioned in the interior of the fabric, wherein the stuffer yarns are made of high-tenacity fibers, such as aramid fibers.
Safety strap
A safety strap has an outer layer, an inner layer disposed in the outer layer and a plurality of interlace strands. The inner layer has a plurality of warp strand bundles and a plurality of first weft strands woven with each other. Each of the warp strand bundles has more than one first warp strand. The outer layer is woven with a plurality of second warp strands and a plurality of second weft strands. The interlace strands continuously intertwine with the second weft strands and the first weft strands.
Method for producing a belt strap, and a belt strap
The invention describes a method of manufacturing a webbing (11) for a safety system of an automotive vehicle, wherein, in one method step, a webbing body (12) is woven, wherein at least one electric conductor (16) is woven into the webbing body (12), and wherein, in a further method step, the webbing body (12) is passed through a calender (24), with the webbing body (12) being compressed in the calender (24) by a maximum of 5%. Furthermore, the invention indicates a webbing (11).
