Conveyor belt
A conveyor belt including a pulley cover layer, a carry cover layer, and at least one reinforcement layer disposed within the belt between the pulley cover layer and the carry cover layer. The belt has a first edge section, a second edge section, and a load carrying section. The first edge section and the second edge section are located on each side of the conveyor belt, and the load carrying section is located between the first second edge sections. The reinforcement layer is comprised of a woven fabric which has weft threads extending across the width of the belt and passing into both the first edge section and the second edge section of the conveyor belt. The woven fabric also has warp threads located in the load carrying section of the conveyor belt extending longitudinally throughout the belt without passing into either the first or the second edge section.
Belt including fibers
A belt for an elevator system and a method for making the same is provided. The belt includes a plurality of tension members that extend along a length of the belt and a jacket. The jacket substantially retains the plurality of tension members. The jacket maintains a desired spacing and alignment of the tension members relative to each other. The jacket includes a plurality of first fibers and a plurality of second fibers. The jacket defines at least one exterior, traction surface of the belt. The first fibers are at least partially disposed between the tension members and the traction surface of the belt. The second fibers are fill fibers. The first fibers have at least one property that distinguishes them from the second fibers.
FILTER ELEMENT
A filter element comprising two layers of weft (1) interlaced with warp (2). Additionally laid-in (3) yarns are provided in-between the two weft layers. The laid-in yarns (3) are not interlaced with the weft.
HIGH TEMPERATURE MONOFILAMENT ARTICLES
A fabricated part for a high temperature operation including a non-metallic substrate formed of a polymer fabric of woven non-absorbent polymer filament. The substrate is heat-resistant and heat set at a temperature that is above a predetermined operating temperature of an operation of the fabricated part. The heat setting pre-shrinks/heat stabilizes the material, thereby reducing failure during use in high temperature and/or wet applications. The substrate is useful as an endless belt and other applications. The invention further includes an apparatus with a heating device configured to operate at the predetermined operating temperature, and the fabricated part within or extending through the heating device.
Industrial textile and use of the same
The invention relates to an industrial fabric and its use. The industrial fabric (1) comprises several machine direction (MD) yarns (2, 2a, 2b) and several cross machine direction (CMD) yarns (3). The MD-yarns are twisted relative their longitudinal axis so that the twisted yams have sloped surfaces (4) at least on a web side surface (P) of the textile. The textile is usable in paper machine, pulp machine or filtering machine.
Warp stretch fabric and method
A warp-directional stretch fabric that defines two right faces and is formed from warp yarns defined by a nylon and fill yarns defined by an aramid. The fabric can be incorporated into a toothed belt, for example a transmission belt, to produce a belt that has enhanced structural and resistance capabilities while capable of being produced at a lower cost than prior art belts. A method of producing an improved toothed belt including the fabric is also provided.
INDUSTRIAL WOVEN FABRIC, IN PARTICULAR TRANSPORT BELT
An industrial fabric namely a conveyor belt configured to transport a web made from a non-woven material, the industrial fabric including an product side that is in contact with the woven material, and a machine side, which is in contact with conveying devices of an arrangement to produce the non woven material, wherein the fabric includes longitudinal threads that extend in a running direction of the web of the non-woven material and transversal threads perpendicular to the longitudinal threads which are woven together, wherein at least a portion of the longitudinal threads and/or transversal threads at least in a portion of a surface that is oriented towards the product side of the fabric are made from a polymeric material which includes at least a portion of a thermoplastic elastomeric material.
TRANSPORT OR DRIVE BELT AND WEAVING COMB SUITABLE FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A transport or drive belt includes: warp threads extending in a longitudinal direction; and weft threads extending between side edges. The weft threads and the warp threads cross each other at least sectionally with a positive inclination or a negative inclination deviating from a right angle. The weft threads follow a wavy course.
Conveyor belt
The present technology provides a conveyor belt. An upper cover rubber and a lower cover rubber are respectively disposed above and below a core layer so as to sandwich the core layer, which core layer is composed of a plurality of steel cords extending side by side in parallel. The outer diameter of the steel cords is not less than 0.35 mm and not greater than 6.0 mm, and the side-by-side pitch P of the steel cords is greater than 0.35 mm and not greater than 7.0 mm. The steel cords are embedded extending in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt.
Industrial woven fabric
A method for producing a non-woven material, the method comprising: using a spun non-woven or melt spun method; using an arrangement including a conveyor belt; and forming a web of the non-woven material on a surface of the conveyor belt while being moved, wherein the conveyor belt includes a product side that is in contact with the non-woven material, and a machine side that is in contact with conveying devices of the arrangement to produce the non-woven material, wherein the conveyor belt includes longitudinal threads that extend in a running direction of the web of the non-woven material and transversal threads perpendicular to the longitudinal threads, wherein at least a portion of the longitudinal threads of a surface that is oriented towards the product side of the conveyor belt is made from a polymeric material which includes at least a portion of a thermoplastic elastomeric material.
