NATURAL, REGENERATED, SUSTAINABLE FABRIC AND METHOD
A natural, regenerated, sustainable fabric is fabricated of a primary yarn and a secondary yarn. The primary yarn is twisted from shredded recycled jeans and natural fibres. The secondary yarn includes natural fibres. The primary and secondary yarns are woven to constitute a warp yarn and a weft yarn of the fabric. The method of producing the fabric includes the steps of shredding post consumer used jeans into fibre, blending the shredded post consumer jeans fibre with either dobe dyed or undyed natural fibre, the fibre selected from the class of fibres including Tencel, cotton, and viscose, spinning yarn from this blended fibre into a single yarn, weaving fabric from the blended yarn with other natural yard into fabric, washing the fabric to remove impurities and treating and recycling the water, and using the fabric to make textile products.

FLAME-RETARDANT FABRIC AND WORK CLOTHING USING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a flame-retardant fabric that includes a modacrylic fiber and a cellulose fiber. The cellulose fiber is one or more selected from a regenerated cellulose fiber and a natural cellulose fiber. The flame-retardant fabric contains the modacrylic fiber in an amount of 65 to 90 wt % and the cellulose fiber in an amount of 10 to 35 wt % with respect to the overall weight of the fabric. The modacrylic fiber contains a magnesium compound inside the fiber. The flame-retardant fabric contains the magnesium compound in an amount of 2.5 to 4.5 wt %. Afterflame time and afterglow time of the flame-retardant fabric measured using a flammability test based on ISO 15025: 2000 are 2 seconds or less and 2 seconds or less, respectively.
MODIFIED CROSS-SECTION FIBER
A fiber with which a further enhanced electric field intensity is obtained when a compressive force is applied across the longitudinal axis of the fiber. The fiber is composed of a potential generating filament having at least one interior angle of less than 120? in a contour shape in a sectional view in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the fiber.
WOVEN FABRIC MADE OF COTTON OR REGENERATED CELLULOSE FIBERS OR A COMBINATION THEREOF AND POLYESTERS
Woven fabric made of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fibers yarn or a combination thereof and polyesters. The woven fabric includes forming 500-1500 thread count per inch of fine textile fabric. The woven textile fabric has 50-89 ENDS PER INCH warp yarns per inch of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fiber yarn or a combination thereof (e.g., a combination thereof means cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended yarn) and of 20-40 NE (warp yarn count), wherein single yarn per dent may be setup in the reed apparatus of the warp of the loom apparatus. Additionally, the woven textile fabric comprises of 50-91 picks per inch in the weft in which each pick contains atleast 2-24 multifilament polyester yarns. The picks are woven into the fabric using multi-filament weft yarns during a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom. Additionally, the warp to weft ratio of the woven fabric is atleast 1:5.
FLAME-RETARDANT UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE
A flame-retardant upholstered furniture includes an inner structure, and a flame-blocking fabric that covers the inner structure. The flame-blocking fabric contains flame-retardant modacrylic fibers (A) in an amount of 60 mass % or more and 90 mass % or less, and cellulose fibers (B) in an amount of 10 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less, with respect to the overall mass of the fabric. The flame-retardant modacrylic fibers (A) contain a magnesium compound. The flame-blocking fabric contains the magnesium compound in an amount of 1.5 mass % or more and 13.5 mass % or less with respect to the overall mass of the fabric. Time until both afterflame and afterglow go out of the flame-retardant upholstered furniture is 120 seconds or less when measured through a flammability test based on BS 5852: 2006.
SHEET MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET MEMBER
An object of the invention is to provide a technique for even more firmly joining metal threads of a metal fabric together. A sheet member is formed from a metal fabric that is woven from metal warp threads and metal weft threads such that the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads alternately cross each other, the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads individually including a linear metal strand made of a metal and a coating portion that covers a circumference of the metal strand. The sheet member includes a welded portion where the coating portions of the metal warp threads and the coating portions of the metal weft threads are joined together at crossing portions of the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads.
