HIGH DEFINITION SCREEN MATERIALS
Screen material with improved visibility for use as an insect screen. The screen material is formed of a mesh of polymer coated threads having a denier of 190 to 360, wherein the polymer coated threads comprise 20-30 wt. % polyester thread core and 70-80 wt. % PVC coating.
Functional braided composite yarn
Braided composite yarns including one or more functional components such as conductors and one or more structural components such as para-aramid fibers, and methods of manufacture therefor. Bundles of at least one functional component and at least one structural component undergo simultaneous parallel winding under tension onto a single bobbin prior to braiding, thus reducing the mechanical loading forces on the functional components in the final yarn. The yarns can be engineered with application-specific electrical, electronic, electromagnetic, or physical properties that enable their use as electronic components or sensors, and attached to or incorporated into active textiles and composite substrates. The yarns can be directly soldered to without prior removal of insulation or other yarn components. Some yarns, such as those for use as inductors, can include a core with desired electrical properties.
Particle-imbedded serving yarn for CMC applications
A method of preparing a fibrous preform for use in a ceramic matrix composite comprises coiling a serving yarn around a ceramic tow to form a served tow, the serving yarn comprising a polymer material with embedded ceramic particles, incorporating the served tow into a woven fabric, the woven fabric comprising a plurality of served tows, and removing the polymer material of the serving yarn such that the embedded ceramic particles remain in the woven fabric.

HIGH-PERMEABILITY BASE FABRIC, ARTIFICIAL TURF COMPRISING SAME AND PREPARATION METHOD
A high-permeability base fabric and a high-permeability durable artificial turf including the same are disclosed. The high-permeability base fabric is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns. The warp yarns and/or the weft yarns contain yarns A, and the thickness of the yarns A is 0.08-0.5 mm, or include yarn B with thickness of 0.03-0.06 mm. The high-permeability base fabric is obtained by weaving in regular or irregular arrangement. The high-permeability base fabric applied to the artificial turf has excellent water permeability and can meet the use requirements. The artificial turf designed by the invention does not need to be punched by an electric iron, which can effectively prevent the growth of natural weeds, simultaneously avoid the problems of abrasion of a back glue layer and the like caused by leakage of quartz sand during paving, has a simple preparation method, can save labour and cost, and is beneficial to market popularization and industrial production.

FIBER STRUCTURE, SHOE, GARMENT, BAG, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER STRUCTURE
A fiber structure includes a knitted structure and a woven structure adjacent to each other, in which the knitted structure is formed by a plurality of first linear bodies, and the woven structure is formed continuously with the knitted structure by the plurality of first linear bodies and a plurality of second linear bodies that intersect with the plurality of first linear bodies and are different from the plurality of first linear bodies.
Flexible, high temperature resistant, fluid resistant, abrasion resistant, multilayered wrappable textile sleeve and method of construction thereof
A wrappable sleeve for routing and protecting an elongate member, against exposure to high temperature, abrasion, fluid ingress, and contamination, has a multilayered wall extending widthwise between opposite edges and extending lengthwise along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The wall includes a textile outer layer, a textile inner layer, and an intermediate layer sandwiched between the outer layer and the inner layer. The intermediate layer includes a textile intermediate layer facing the textile inner layer and a silicone-based layer facing the textile outer layer.
Waffle weave floor mat
A waffle weave floor mat, including a mat body formed by interweaving knitted warp yarns and knitted weft yarns. Both the top surface and the bottom surface of the mat body are divided into grids. Each grid has a resilient concave portion gradually recessing towards the center, and a supporting convex portion is formed between every two resilient concave portions. The knitted warp yarns include bottom warp yarns on the bottom surface of the mat body and main body warp yarns in other positions. The knitted weft yarns include bottom weft yarns on the bottom surface of the mat body and main body weft yarns in other positions. The bottom warp and/or weft yarns are made of long fibers, while the main body warp and weft yarns include short fibers. The bottom warp and weft yarns are coated with an anti-slip coating on a side away from the top surface.
WOVEN FABRIC
Provided is a woven fabric that effectively prevents sound leakage to the outside and intrusion of external noise and has little variation in the acoustic property when used as a woven fabric for adjusting the back pressure of a speaker, earphones, and the like. Provided is a woven fabric including a warp thread and a weft thread, the woven fabric having a airflow resistance of 0.3 kPa.Math.s/m or more and 5 kPa.Math.s/m or less, and the woven fabric having a tolerance of the airflow resistance within 10%. In the woven fabric, at least one of the warp thread and the weft thread is a multifilament thread. In the woven fabric, the multifilament thread is a non-twisted thread without twists.
