The apparel item comprises a first set of outwardly-projecting nodes on a first portion of the apparel item, a second set of outwardly-projecting nodes on a second portion of the apparel item, and a third set of inwardly-projecting nodes on a third portion of the apparel item, where the third set of nodes is positioned between the first set of nodes and the second set of nodes. The first and second sets of outwardly-projecting nodes comprise apertures that provide a communication passage from an outer surface of the apparel item to an inner surface of the apparel item. Besides reducing the surface area of the apparel item that comes into contact with a wearer's skin surface, the nodes also facilitate cooling the wearer and speed up drying times of the apparel item when being worn.

MULTI-KNITTED WEARABLE GARMENT
Problems for the present invention to be solved is to provide a multiply knitted wearable garment that has excellent heat retention properties and hardly causes stuffiness in a wearing part of a wearer. The multi-knitted wearable garment 100 according to the present invention includes at least one first knitted layer O11 and at least one second knitted layer I11. The first knitted fabric layer includes a region formed with a bulky knitted fabric. The second knitted fabric layer includes a region formed with a water-absorbing and quick-drying knitted fabric. The water-absorbing and quick-drying knitted fabric has a higher water-absorbing and quick-drying properties than the region formed with the bulky knitted fabric. The multi-knitted wearable garment preferably further includes at least one third knitted fabric layer O12. The third knitted fabric layer includes a region formed with a partially bulky knitted fabric.
ARTICLE OF APPAREL INCLUDING THERMOREGULATORY TEXTILE
An article of apparel and method of making the article of apparel for a wearer is disclosed herein. In at least one embodiment, the article of apparel comprises a fabric defining a first, inner surface facing the wearer, and a second, outer surface opposite the first surface. A plurality of compression areas are formed along the inner fabric surface, each compression area comprising compressed yarns. A sealing agent effective to reduce the air permeability of the fabric is applied to each compression area. The sealing agent secures the yarns in a compressed state.
WEFT-KNITTED FABRIC WITH CUT-LOOP PILES
A weft-knitted fabric with cut-loop piles comprises a plurality of basic yarn loops and a plurality of cut-loop piles. The plurality of basic yarn loops are formed from at least one basic yarn, the plurality of cut-loop piles are respectively connected to one of the plurality of basic yarn loops, each of the plurality of cut-loop piles is formed by cutting a pile loop formed from one of at least two colored yarns, each of the at least two colored yarns without forming the plurality of cut-loop piles forms at least one of the plurality of basic yarn loops together with the at least one basic yarn, and colors of the at least two colored yarns are different.

A weft-knitted fabric with cut-loop piles comprises a plurality of basic yarn loops and a plurality of cut-loop piles. The plurality of basic yarn loops are formed from at least one basic yarn, the plurality of cut-loop piles are respectively connected to one of the plurality of basic yarn loops, each of the plurality of cut-loop piles is formed by cutting a pile loop formed from one of at least two colored yarns, each of the at least two colored yarns without forming the plurality of cut-loop piles forms at least one of the plurality of basic yarn loops together with the at least one basic yarn, and colors of the at least two colored yarns are different.
Pile fabric and manufacturing method therefor
A pile fabric includes a long pile portion and a short pile portion. An average pile length of the long pile portion differs from an average pile length of the short pile portion by 2 mm or more. The long pile portion contains crimped polyester-based fibers in an amount of 60% by weight or more. The short pile portion contains crimped polyester-based fibers in an amount of 60% by weight or more. A crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the long pile portion is lower than a crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the short pile portion. The crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the short pile portion is 90 C. or more and 120 C. or less. Each of the crimp removal temperatures indicates a minimum temperature that satisfies a specific relationship. A method for manufacturing the pile fabric is also provided.
Recyclable cooling fabric
A recyclable cooling fabric is provided. The recyclable cooling fabric includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The first surface and the second surface include a plurality of face yarns. The plurality of face yarns includes polyethylene, nylon, and recycled polyester. A plurality of inlay yarns is disposed between the first surface and the second surface. Methods of manufacturing the recyclable cooling fabric, and mattresses utilizing the recyclable cooling fabric as mattress ticking are also provided.
