A process for manufacturing a tubular knitted item (1) with intarsia design, comprising the steps of: programming a circular weft knitting machine for intarsia design by defining a tubular intarsia knitted item (1) to be manufactured, extending longitudinally between a first end (2) and a second end (3) and consisting of a plurality of knitted courses following one another;
wherein the programming step comprises the steps of: defining a turning position (4), which divides the tubular item into a first fabric (5) and a second fabric (6), wherein the tubular item is configured for being manipulated so as to be at least partially turned over itself, by folding it in the turning position so that the second fabric overlaps the first fabric in order to obtain a double fabric item; defining at least one first area (10) of the first fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, and having a desired shape; defining at least one first counter-area (20) of the second fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, in which the first counter-area has a respective shape; producing intarsia knitted fabric so as to manufacture the tubular knitted item according to the programming step; wherein the first area (10) is manufactured according to a first knitted structure and the first counter-area (20) is manufactured according to a second knitted structure.

VELVET FABRIC KNITTING METHOD

A velvet fabric knitting method is applied by performing a shearing process different from the terry-cloth construction on two different yarns in a double plated circular knitting machine and by means of the invention, light effects and episodic patterning are achieved without applying any printing process and/or using jacquard circular knitting machines. The progress is achieved by producing ring-spun, open-end, air-jet, friction yarn from different material mixtures and using them as pile yarn in the production of a velvet fabric.

Disclosed herein is a hybrid rag. The hybrid rag includes: removal parts made of microfibers, and configured to remove even foreign materials in scratches; control parts disposed between the removal parts, and configured to provide slips while suppressing the close contact of the removal parts with a surface; and a base part coupled such that the removal parts and the control parts are alternately and successively disposed, and configured to hold the removal parts and the control parts; wherein the removal parts are configured such that the ends of the microfibers thereof are divided and spread upward; and wherein the control parts are configured such that the microfibers thereof are each twisted in one twisted unit in such a manner that each of the microfibers thereof is separated from the base part, is spirally raised and lowered, and is then combined with the base part.

Attachable fabric assembly

A fabric assembly includes a knitted fabric and a filament. The knitted fabric is adapted to move between a stretched state extended along a direction of an applied force, and a relaxed state. The filament is disposed in the knitted fabric, and includes a plurality of loops longitudinally spaced apart from one-another. Each loop of the plurality of loops are adapted to project outward from the knitted fabric when in the stretched state, and substantially retract into the knitted fabric when in the relaxed state.

Attachable fabric assembly

A fabric assembly includes a knitted fabric and a filament. The knitted fabric is adapted to move between a stretched state extended along a direction of an applied force, and a relaxed state. The filament is disposed in the knitted fabric, and includes a plurality of loops longitudinally spaced apart from one-another. Each loop of the plurality of loops are adapted to project outward from the knitted fabric when in the stretched state, and substantially retract into the knitted fabric when in the relaxed state.

The knit structure has a repeating pattern of a first number of knit courses having a first yarn knit with a first basic knit stitch and a second number of knit courses, where within each knit course of the second number of knit courses, the first yarn is knit in a repeating pattern having a first number of knit stitches knit with a second basic knit stitch and a second number of float stitches knit with a float stitch to form float areas.
